Ryan did a great job. He told me what he was going to do, did it, and patiently answered my questions. He was polite and knowledgable.

Very well. Done over 2 visits and would have been 3, if we had an issue. First was to set bait to see where mice activity is and spray perimeter to prevent spiders. On second visit, they reviewed bait to see where mouse activity was. Since we didn't have any, we did not need any points of entry closed. However, they still gave us some thoughts on where opportunities might be and how to monitor them. If they had closed any entry points, they would have came back a third time to make sure there was no re-entry through those or other new entry points.

It is an odd thought that I could actually fall in love with an exterminating company, but when you have an increasingly bad mouse issue and find someone to take care of it as seamlessly and professionally as they did - you too will love Chem-Wise. They are incredibly responsive, flexible (if you have a sudden time/date change), thorough and friendly.

The wasps were gone in 24 hours! Yay!

They did a great job! The service was for a family member. They were experiencing a problem with rodents. Once Chem-Wise technicians came out and put down poison the rodents were gone in one week. They also sprayed for spiders, overall my family member was very pleased! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is experiencing rodents or spiders! Great Service!

They have done an excellent professional job although the problem has required ongoing maintenance due to factors beyond their control.

The serviceman, Jared, came out promptly at the time agreed upon and was extremely knowledgeable. He will be back for part two next week. We were very impressed! there is 90 day guarantee and no additional fees beyond the upfront charge were paid.

We had no wasps the summer he sprayed. Then they came back the next year when I didn't hire them.

I paid for the deal offered through Angie's List. They came out the first time to set bait traps, and then they came out again just to check and collect the traps. They then called me a couple weeks later asking for payment even though I had already purchased the deal through Angie's List. I feel like I definitely overpaid them for the services provided and would not use them again.

They did not stop spiders from this house. Used them to get rid of mice in a house in Cicero they were great were gone in a week no mice. There lawn care in Cicero was also great never looks better. As for the spiders I bought a year package to remove them and even tho they did try and sprayed several times just yesterday there was a spider in the tub. They are still where they have sprayed in the basement. Even had talk with the owner and well he said they woul get it done but well the failed. Would have to think again if I want to use them again or if it is just the location doing the work as they have several different location servicing you. For mice Yes, for Lawn Yes. For spiders. No for me.

The man was amazing and works so quickly that you dont think he could have done the job properly. But he always does a thorough job. Not one pesky yellow jacket left alive. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Polite & very reasonably priced too!

I went with Chem-wise because their prices were lower for their 3-times annually plan. $145 for the first visit (drops down to $120 if you mention Angie's list) and $79 for each time after. And if you prepay for the future visits you get $15 off. The technician called ahead and asked if he could come early since his previous appointment ran short. He sprayed the deck, windows, problem areas I pointed out and even the outside of my unit which I wasn't expecting since my unit's on the second floor. He was very courteous and professional and I appreciated that he took ownership of my pest problems. He said that he would personally come out if I needed him to come back out should I see anymore pests before the next visit from Chem-wise in the spring.

They sprayed under deck and all around house with a liquid . They used a powder killer for the hornets, worked well. Two weeks later when I saw more wasps in a different area of the deck they came back no charge and re-sprayed. I have not seen any bees/ wasps from the last time they sprayed.

The gentleman (whose name I have forgotten) arrived promptly at 9am. He checked in with me to see if I had any questions. He aerated the front, side and back yard. He was probably here just over an hour. I am very happy with his work. I expect I will be calling on them again next fall.

We called the number listed here; and Chem-wise referred us to their Berwyn, IL office. We called there and they came out the next day and took care of the problem. One-time service. There was some confusion over billing. We provided a credit card to charge but they didn't charge us. And they didn't invoice us either so we called after a month or so; and they agreed to put the charge through. Other than the billing snafu things went great and we would use them again if we needed.

I've hired this company a couple of times to aerate my lawn. I've always been happy with the work they have done. I only gave them a "B" because there was a mix-up with the service scheduled. I thought I was getting aeration and over-seeding but it was entered only as an aeration service. Not a major issue. I'm sure I'll be hiring them again next fall.
