I discussed problem over the phone. Made appointment. They gave me estimate over the phone and commented on ongoing maintenance spray program that was also available. The Representative came on the day and time scheduled. Sprayed the door with liquid and gel and did a perimeter spray as well. This was done well. The part that was missing in my view was investigating more thoroughly the cause of the ant problem. In retrospect after further investigation this is probably due to water leakage around the door frame. As a result there were further expanse of ants that would not have been eliminated by the spraying that was done.

Very good. Very prompt as I asked they arrive between 6:30am-7am so I could leave for work. They were there at 6:30am, assessed the problem, assured me there was no carpentry problem, and treated the entire exterior of the house, and upon my request the interior basement as well. Was finished and gone by 7:00am.

We were very pleased with our experience. We actually had 2 major ant hills in our yard, so we weren't sure how long it would take to get rid of them. Well, the very next day after spraying, not a single ant could be found in our house or around!!! The service tech was so very kind, professional, personal and has great knowledge about the pest business! We would definitely have Chem-wise again and would recommend them to EVERYONE!!! Way to go Chem-wise!

Eliminated wasp nest under stoop at back door. Also, signed up for three times per year preventative treatment. Showed up on time and very courteous.

I discovered what I feared was evidence of termites entering the house. I called Chem-Wise and they made an appointment for the next day. Two technicians arrived within the time window promised. Although my probings had accidentally destroyed the evidence, the technicians inspected the specific area of my foundation on the outside, and performed a complete inspection of the foundation and surrounding wood on the inside. They found no evidence of termite damage. Based on my description, they theorized that I had found a mud-based nest created by a species of wasp. As a precaution, they sprayed the surrounding siding, foundation, and soil area. I also asked them to spray the complete building exterior for wasps and bees since some were spotted flying around. Since then, no further insect activity has been noted.

CHEM-WISE CAME TO OUR HOUSE IN ARLINGTON HEIGHTS FOR A ONE-TIME PEST CONTROL VISIT. WE NOW CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR 4 VISITS A YEAR AND WE ARE PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH ANTS MARCHING INTO OUR HOME FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT PLACES. MY HUSBAND AND I COULD NOT LOCATE SPECIFIC OPENINGS IN ORDER TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM OURSELVES. WE REALIZED WE NEEDED PEST CONTROL BUT WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT POISONING OUR THREE CATS. WE SAW THAT CHEM-WISE IS SAFE FOR PETS AND SO WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO OUR HOUSE. THE GENTLEMAN FROM CHEM-WISE ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS PROFESSIONALLY DRESSED AND WELL INFORMED ON PEST CONTROL. HE TOLD US THERE PROBABLY ARE MULTIPLE PLACES ALONG OUR SLAB FLOOR WHERE ANTS WERE ENTERING. HE SAID THE BEST SOLUTION WOULD BE FOR HIM TO TREAT THE OUTSIDE PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE. HE SUGGESTED THAT WE GO WITH FOUR VISITS A YEAR. SINCE THEN WE HAVE NOT SEEN A SINGLE ANT. NOT ONE!

I HAD A HUGE NEST OF WASPS UNDER MY FRONT CEMENT STOOP. CHEM-WISE CAME OUT TO SPRAY &, UNFORTUNATELY, A DAY LATER THERE WAS STILL ACTIVITY. CHEM-WISE CAME OVER & SPRAYED AGAIN BUT, A FEW HOURS LATER THERE WAS CONTINUED ACTIVITY. THE THIRD TIME WAS A CHARM, BECAUSE WHATEVER CHEM-WISE USED ON THAT THIRD VISIT WORKED WONDERS. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD TO COME OUT THREE TIMES, THEY WERE COURTEOUS & VERY EAGER TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION.

CHEM-WISE DOES A 3 TIMES A YEAR TREATMENT ON THE PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE. THIS STARTED AFTER WE HAD AN ABSOLUTE INVASION OF LADYBUGS ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO. CHEM-WISE CAME TO THE RESCUE, GOT RID OF THE LADYBUGS & WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM SINCE.

ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE, AND TECHNICIAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY. SPRAYED TWO AREAS IN INTERIOR OF HOUSE, AND ENTIRE EXTERIOR PERIMETER. RESULTS WERE IMMEDIATE.

CHEM-WISE WAS REFERRED TO US. THEY NOT ONLY ARE MUCH CHEAPER FOR PEST CONTROL (ANT, SPIDERS,) BUT ALSO DO A WASP PREVENTION. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY PUNCTUAL.

COURTEOUS EMPLOYEES, ALWAYS CALL AHEAD TO LET YOU KNOW THEY'RE COMING TO MAKE SURE IT'S CONVENIENT. GOOD FOLLOW-UP SERVICE, SERVICE INCLUDES FREE FOLLOW UP VISITS IF PEST PROBLEMS ARISE. A WORKER REMOVED A WASP NEST WHEN WE CALLED AND PROVIDED ADDITIONAL TREATMENT AT NO CHARGE.
