It went very well. They were professional and efficient.

Before calling Chem-Wise, we had tried traps, and gone through at least six bottles of spray to try and rid ourselves of a huge bees nest. Nothing worked other than to annoy the bees. We found Chem-Wise through Angies List. Although we were a bit skeptical based on some recent reviews, they're close to our house, and could come out the next day. The kicker was their quote was literally half the other guys we called. Bill was the technician. He arrived promptly (in the nice-short 1-hour window!), suited up, and went right to work. We had at least 500 bees that had nested right near our front door. He nuked them with a pyrocide fogger, and used "tempo dust" afterwards to ensure they dont come back. He also sprayed the entire area with a 90-day spray so they won't come back. It's now been several days, and no signs of the bees. Even if they do come back, Chem-Wise has a 90-day guarantee, so they'll come back and nuke them again if necessary. Great deal, and Bill was a consummate professional.

The company worked promptly and returned three times in order to complete the extermination of yellow jackets.

He was on time, however he said his truck needed water and he needed my garden hose to complete the wasp prevention. I thought this was a little odd. I also felt he was just a little bit condescending. I really think he thought the silverfish problem wasn't that bad b/c I hadn't seen very many bugs. However, I'd seen them in almost every room of the house. To me - this means I have a real problem! The first treatment helped, but they were still in the bathrooms, etc. I called again and the same guy came out. He sprayed again in one bathroom - spent a total of 5 minutes in my house. I really don't feel he did a thorough job either time. I'm very surprised that there wasn't a perimeter treatment done around the outside of the hosue. Also, they used the dust that you spray in crevices - nothing else. I'm not impressed and I STILL have a bug issue.

They came in and set pest traps and revmoved some mice. They also mades suggestions on where they could be coming in.

They do what they say and I would give them an A on everything.

The name of the person who came out was Dale. He came in uniform and he was a gentleman. He came out two days on a timely manner and removed the bees. He knew what to do and he told me that the noise will be gone once he removes it. The price was exactly what he said. He was very professional and very clean.

The product they use inside the house is supposed to be ecologically friendly and does not have harsh chemicals. They are good at their work. I had a carpenter ant problem, and I don?t have that anymore. The spray that they use outside the house is again supposed to be a little bit friendlier than some of the conventional things that are used. I haven?t had any problems with pests, and so I am assuming that it is working. I went with them because they offered less harsh chemicals, and because they were a local company. If you have any problem, like I had a mouse problem, they will come out and won?t charge you extra because it is covered on their program. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future. They also do lawn care but I don?t use them for that.

Had some debris coming out every few days from behind my baseboard in 1 or 2 spots. I was worried there might be carpenter ants, termites, rodents, etc? Our Service provider came out and immediately put our fears to rest, letting us know this tyoe of debris was pushed out by very small "pavement ants" Injecting a gel bait safely behind my baseboard in the problem area, and spraying perimeter of house on outside did the trick. They have a nice program for discounts if you use them more than once. I also noticed no more spiders, centipedes, etc. coming into my basement.

They were so prompt in responding to my mouse problem. They were so thorough in figuring out exactly how big of a problem I had on my hands and then also found the source where they were getting in and then blocked it up so there'd be no further "incidents." I've used another big local company for many years and they have NEVER been as thorough and helpful as Chem-wise!

They come out for three visits a year. We have a problem with mice, and they will come out more than the three visits if you are having a problem. If they do come out an extra time, there is no charge. They are a very good service provider. I do not use a company if they are not good service providers. I do have high standards. They are always very clean and wear the little booties when they come in. They check out the bait stations. The last time a guy was here, I think they figured out where the mice were getting in at, and fixed it. They are very responsive if you are having an emergency type situation they will be right out.

They were excellent and came back when it didn't work. They helped me kill the bees that were now in the house and retreated with no charge, which solved the problem eventually.

Have had 3+ visits from Chem-Wise so far, and am happy to say they have been courteous and reliable each time. As other reviewers have noted, they are able to give a narrow appointment window (usually an hour) and accommodate my work schedule. The techs have also been willing to answer new-customer questions. Satisfactory results to date, and a ready contact if problems arise.

The company and tech were professional and provided the services promised. The placed rat bait and it just is not clear if the product is effective.

I called this company to spray my home for spiders. I was given an appointment between 1-2pm. The tech never showed and I never received a call indicating that he wouldn't. I was then offered another appointment the same day between 2:30-3:30 because the tech had GONE HOME. This company must have old cable techs working for them because they believe you should wait around all day to wait for their tech to show up.

The worker was prompt and professional. We DID have wasps again after they treated us. I called back b/c they promised to retreat until the end of the year. They came out right away and did the house again for free. We've had no wasps since!

I think they are great. They are very professional and friendly. Our lawn looks fabulous, and earlier our lawn looked terrible. Whatever products they are using, it seems to be doing a great job.

I emailed the company on July 8th, they emailed me back within the hour. I called them for questions and a service call, and they came out the next morning. I will be using them for an annual preventive spray. They guarantee protection for the year.

I chose them because they were less expensive then others service providers that I compare them with. I would use them again and they took care of the ant issue.

They performed the work as promised. We did have a bee issue, and they returned promptly to deal with it. I will use them again.

Technician showed up during schedule time frame and was attentive to my concerns related to possible rodent activity. He placed several traps around the basement that will be monitored as part of the tri-annual service in addition to spraying for general insect prevention.

What I especially like about Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management Services is that they use ecological friendly products as I have small children. I also like that they don't make you sign a contract. You can just call them when you need them and they also offer $10 coupons on their website. They came right on time. Another thing that they do that I like is that they keep track of the schedule of when we should be getting another treatment. I don't have to remember to call them.

The representative that came out was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. Very thorough and careful. Everyone I talked to on the phone was wonderful. They were an excellent company to work with. Price is per visit.
