Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

I wasn’t at home, but my daughters were here when they came. They sprayed for wasps and bees. It’s been good so far. It’s easy to call and make an appointment. They do what they are supposed to do. I would use them again in the future.

They did their job while I was away as you do not need to be home for exterior spraying. It is a preventative spray, so I will see how it goes this summer.

I purchased the BIG DEAL for wasp proofing and the technician showed up on time, fully explained the service, carefully surveyed my property and performed the service in a very professional & timely manner. I was so impressed that when I found a mouse in my basement the following week, I immediately called their office & asked for their tri-annual service. They were very responsive & had the same technician out to my home the next day. Again, the inspection was very thorough & he explained every aspect of the process. I was extremely pleased with the price, service & professionalism. He came back in 10 days to check-up & the traps were a success. He took the time to re-bait all traps installed a couple of new ones & even checked for openings where other critters could get in. Overall, I'm really pleased with the services provided and would recommend this well-run local business to anyone.

While I was a little suspicious of the low price (significantly lower than competitors) we wanted to give Chem-wise a try. We were very pleased with the serviceman that came out. He was on-time, very knowledgable and open to answering many questions. While we will have to wait to see if the treatment works, we were very satisfied with the initial experience.

They were allowed to do the work when we were not present. When I got back, I noticed a very large nest missed by them and called them back. They came out again on Saturday as promised and got rid of it, plus sprayed more chemicals and that seemed to do the trick. Fast response so that's just fine.

I got to use the Angie’s List discount with Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management Services Company. Their pricing was good. The people who came out were very good. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were very punctual. One of them was deaf so communication was difficult. I had to look right at him wile I spoke with him so that he could read my lips. It was hard because I was not used to it. Other than that he was very good. He did things that I wasn’t even aware that he was going to do. I would continue to use them in the future.

Serviceman was very professional. Sprayed gutters, around foundation and decking.

I took advantage of a coupon from Angie's List and tried a new service for Wasp Spraying overall house. The technician showed up on time at start of time range given. He was polite, professional and responsive to my questions. He also thought about what he was doing (rather than the robotic spraying) and covered under the benches on my deck. I would definitely use this company again. I am considering having them spray inside also. It is a safer, but just as effective, product and I am seeing the positive results (three dead or dying wasps easily disposed of). Thank you Chem Wise and Angie's List!

The technician came in and examined the areas where we had been seeing ants. He applied a bait in the cracks and gaps where they were coming into the house to attract the ants so they would bring the bait to the nest and destroy the colony. He then went outside and sprayed environmentally friendly insecticide around the entire house. It went around the foundation and up 12 inches create a perimeter to protect from ants and other insects. The technician was very friendly when he arrived, listened to my problem and explained the options we could choose. He then went to work servicing the house both inside and out. When he finished he presented the bill and told me what to do if we had any additional issues.

I used this service for an ant problem. They did okay. They did have to come twice for the problem to be resolved. I liked that they accommodated my schedule and were prompt. They let me tell them where I wanted them to spray. I had choices. They did not want to spray any more or less than what was needed. I called one other company to compare prices and I thought it was fair. If I see ants again I will give them a call and use them again.

I talked to their technician who seemed to be very knowledgeable. They were able to address some concerns that I had. I felt good about what he was telling me about their annual plan. I rate them high overall. So far their treatment has been effective. I rate them high overall.

The guy was awesome. I had a mouse problem that my landlords were being quite slow about fixing and the guy came outthe next morning (I contacted them at 11pm and had an appt for the following morning) fixed all the stuff that the people the landlord hired had done wrong and then told me what I had to do to make sure I wasn't inviting them back in. He was great with the two little kids who followed him around the whole time. He was mindful of the fact that there were kids in the house and a dog. He even checked my downstairs neighbor's place to make sure she didn't have any indicators of mice. Professional, friendly.

They have done good job, far better and more responsive than previous providers. They have responded very quickly if a follow-up application was required.

Finally got rid of ants we've tried to eradicate for years on our own. We live in an old house, so while the mouse problem in the basement is much better, the critters still find a way into the crawl space. The several mouse stations are refilled as needed on each visit. An insecticide in applied to as many areas, often to the corners of every window, as requested, and always thoroughly sprayed around the house outdoors. Chem-Wise is always right on time for their planned service. They have come out for unscheduled visits when needed. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Got a recommendation for Chem-Wise from our daughter who has pets and young children and didn't want overly harsh chemicals used in their yard.

They were fantastic. They showed up on time. They did what they said they would do. They worked on what they were supposed t work on. They didn?t take long to do the work. They were little pricey for one application. I would call them again if I need to.

I used another company previously but was sparing in my approach. It didn't work. With Chemwise I said "Do what it takes to get rid of the ants". They used a lot of spray, but I have not seen an ant since.

I have been dealing with them for couple of years. They seem to be more environment friendly. Their treatment seems to be working. They are good. Their communication is good. They come and do the work even when you are not there. You get regular updates from them. You don?t even actually seem them come and do the work.

They came back three times for follow-up visits to check the bait traps and ensure that the mice were no longer in our house. They had a 90 day guarantee and only charged me the initial fee. I was very impressed with their punctuality and I really liked that they gave me a 1 hour time frame of when they would be arriving. I did not have to wait around half a day for them to make a service call. I would definitely use them again. They solved our mice problem in a very fast and professional way.

Arrived on time. He was very proffesional. We started seeing results within the first week.

Heard noise under our main floor. Called because I thought we had mice. Never saw any signs, just noise at night. Told tech this. He looked in our basement and around exterior. Didn't move anything in garage or basement. I showed him an area on the frame around garage. He said it was ants. About a month later, there was a mouse sized hole in that area. Not ants! I wasn't impressed by his knowledge. We still hear the noise and will probably have to call someone else. I was impressed by their rating, which is why I called them. The tech was very polite, but I didn't feel he had much experience.

The work went great. I did not deal with them at all but my wife did; she was happy with them, so I was very happy too. The price was competitive. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

I have them come out to put things our for mice. If you have any other animals, they will come out and trap them. We have a contract with them. They come out Spring, Summer, and Fall. We also used them for wasp proofing. The contract includes coming out in the Winter to refresh the mouse traps. I don't see them much except for when the guy comes out and needs to do something in the house. I usually have the outside done. They tell me when they are coming out, but I don't really see them. The guy is really nice. I haven't had any insect problems since I started using them. I no longer have wasp or mice problems. I checked around and their prices seemed reasonable. Things seem to be working.

I found a mouse in the garage eating an open bag of grass seed. After I freaked out I set out a humane trap (lets them crawl in unharmed but they can't escape). I thought the mouse was hiding behind a crack in the drywall and called the service the next morning since I didn't know if my situation was bad or not and didn't want to take a chance. He showed up ~30 minutes late, but he was very courteous and explained how the bait works and answered all of my questions patiently. Afterwards he even released the mouse outside that I had caught with the trap. Someone will come back out in 2 weeks to collect the traps/bait. I was very pleased with their service.
