Had carpenter bee problem as well as chronic minor issues with hornet nests around the house in summers past. Two visits seem to have stopped the carpenter bees this summer, and the preventative treatment around the house seems to have kept away the hornets too.

But because it was continuing, my wife wanted someone called. They didn't do any work for us because the person I dealt with was very nice and professional and listen to all that I'd done already and came to the conclusion that I should probably hold off on hiring them for the time being and to let the ant poison I used to fully take affect as the results can take around a week to really do its job. So I thanked her and told her I REALLY appreciated her not giving me a hard sell. I was very impressed with that. If these ants do persist for the next week I will definitely call them back and book them.

The service rep came on time and explained the service in detail. I explained that I have been having an issue with wasps getting in the house but have been unable to find where they are coming in. He checked the basement area as that is where we have been finding the wasps. He did a very thorough inspection even going on the roof to see if he could determine if the wasps were coming in via the fireplace chimney. He sprayed the entire house and assured me that if I continue to have a problem all I have to do is call and he will be back. It's been a week and I haven't had any wasps in the house. We have been problems with some very aggressive and large bees that have scared my kids and nanny in the backyard. The technician showed up in the time window specified and located carpenter bees in the fence on my neighbor's side of the yard. He was thorough, friendly and polite, and explained their nature as well. In addition, Chem-Wise guarantees that if they come back that they will spray again within a year's time. My family can now enjoy our backyard again.

The rep was really nice and explained what he was going to do. He sprayed and so far we have not seen any bees... this year was already so bad and bees were all over our deck, so this is a huge improvement and well worth the money. I highly recommend them and this treatment.

The guy got there early, completed the work. Rung the bell and waited for us to wake up (he was an hour early). Great guy, he showed us possible places to keep an eye out and also knocked down some existing small nests. He also pointed out that we had a bat in our gazebo! Would definitely use them again.

I bought Chem-Wise's Angie's list deal for bee-proof spraying my house. I then called Chem-Wise and set up an appointment for them perform the service. They said they would begin spraying services in May and we set a date. Luke arrived at the time appointed, introduced himself and before beginning the job, explained that other clients had spoken to Chem-Wise about the spray dripping down windows after their spraying job. I have 3 foot overhangs around my house and Luke explained that the spray would be dripping off the undersurface for about an hour after he left so I should be careful if stepping outside. He completed the job efficiently and left. My only annoyance was the drip lines down my floor to ceiling windows in some of the rooms but he'd warned me that could happen. Good and friendly service; I recommend them to anyone.
