Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

Before hiring I called and explained my problem with wasps. I was told this would take care of the problem. Had them out twice with the $95 wasp proofing. Did absolutely nothing the wasps are still going into areas on roof line and building nests on deck have to call someone else. When I called the 2nd time I even explain to spray something stronger the first application did not do anything. The people were great to deal with but I had no results.

Everything went fine. I scheduled the appointment, the scheduler was very pleasant, they came out as scheduled and did their job and I haven't had a bee problem all summer.

I have very intrusive voles wrecking my landscaping. Derrick came out the first visit at no charge when I was unsure what was going on in the yard. He could not locate the vermits but was more than helpful explaining to me what to look for and call them back if problems continue. Sure enough a week later I spotted multiple voles while working in one bed. He came back out right away and set poison up to rid them. Time will tell if we can get this under control but to date Chem-Wise communication and responsiveness has been outstanding. Lady in office that takes calls always very polite as well. I hope this works out it is nice to do business with such nice people and great customer service.

The company was very polite and accomdating when I wanted done sooner them they first scheduled .They made it work sooner and did a wonderful job. The problem was taken care of and I have'nt had seemany flees since.

The employee who came to the house was extremely helpful and courteous. We felt he did a quality job and explained what he was doing along the way. He even borrowed our broom to sweep up after himself inside the house. We've seen a few bugs since the treatment but we know we can call them back for no charge if we think it's serious enough (at this point we don't). We are happy with the service so far.

They came out on time and sprayed all the openings where the bees were getting in. It has been almost a month and I have only seen two bees near my home since. They were extremely curteous and explained everything that was supposed to happen. I assumed by the description that it would include removal of the nest, but it did not. So far no issues of the bees returning to the old hive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish, the service we received from Chem-Wise was stellar. We booked our appointment with Jessica who was very polite and well-informed. Keith, the technician that Chem-Wise sent, was excellent. He was on-time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. This was our first time having wasps/bees nests removed from several spots on the roof and he patiently answered many questions about the process, the products used and what to expect during and in the days after. The service was performed quickly and efficiently. Although it will take a couple weeks before we know if the problem areas remain clear, we were very happy with the initial experience with Chem-Wise and would recommend them.

Called on a Friday morning. Lady I spoke to was well informed and polite. After giving me all the information I wanted and deciding which service plan I should be on, she informed me that I had called the wrong office. No problem there. I asked that they call me from the other office so I wouldn't have to give all my information again to another person (too time consuming). The other office called me back on Monday afternoon and I spoke to yet another friendly operator who had my information and proceeded to schedule my appointment. The service technician was available rather quickly and came within the estimated time window. He seemed knowledgable and polite. Treated my roofline for bees/wasps nests and sprayed for carpenter ants outside. I didn't need indoor service. He said to wait 24 hours or so and if i still experience above normal bee activity, to call back and they would come out again at no charge. A couple days later we were having a bbq pool party. There were so many bees, that my husband was worried for our guests. He proceeded to hose down the bees and killed about 15 of them before one stung him. I clearly called back on Monday morning. They scheduled a service guy to come back today (7/19). He showed up on time, and I asked him to walk out back with me so I can show him where we have been seeing all the bees and more carpenter ants. He immediately dismissed me and said there was nothing he could do and that there are no bees by my roofline as I'm pointing out three bees hovering in and out of the shingles!?!?!?! He said there is nothing he can do about the bees or the ants because I have flowers. GREAT! What, therefore am I paying this company for? Why have I signed up for their service??????? I was under the impression that this was pest control/extermination! I asked him that very question and he shrugged and said that he would see what he could do. I informed him that I have had flowers out here every year and have not experienced such a bad bee problem. Maybe it's just the case of a bad service guy, but this was my experience. I hope that "whatever he did" works and I don't have to worry about these bees anymore...but I'm not convinced. I will give them one last chance if I see these pests again, and then I will move on to another company.

The technician arrived on time in a professional looking vehicle. He was a professional himself in that he was neatly dressed, spoke articulately and explained thoroughly the process he would be performing. He offered a guarantee of success in that he would return within 90 days, at no additional cost, if the service he performed did not eliminate our ants and wasps. We appreciated the experience he seemed to possess and the length of time he has been employed by this company -- nearly 20 years. We would ask him to work at our home in the future should the need arise.

It went well. We've used them a couple times. They are reliable and got rid of the problem we had.

I saw a mouse climb behind my siding this morning. After researching pest control companies, I called Chem-Wise at 8 am and they had someone at my house by 9:30! The technician, Alex, was very courteous and clearly explained the service he would be performing. We discussed what I'd witnessed in regards to the mouse, and he investigated the opening where the mouse crawled behind the siding. He advised me on steps I could take to protect my home, in addition to the baits he placed. Time will tell, of course, how effective it was, but so far I feel my home is in very good hands. I did sign up for their Tri-Annual Service.

Their team was professional, prompt, and quick to get the job done. They certainly did a thorough job. I didn't see any bees or wasps for the rest of the season. I have recommended them to my friends. I highly recommend them to Angie's members.

We were very happy with Chem Wise' service and happy to find out that we did not have termites.

Chem-wise professional was punctual, friendly and gave good advice about preventing mice from entering the house in future. Would definitely use them again.

When I called them, they called me back and made the appointment right away. Work was done when I was not home and no problems whatsoever.

Last year, we had yellow jackets get into the house through a hole. Chemwise came out, sprayed and we patched the hole. This spring, we found yellow jackets in the house -- in a totally different location. We called Chemwise again and they came out within a few days, sprayed around the full exterior of the house and removed a few inactive nests. A few days later, we found more yellow jackets in the house, which wasn't a huge surprise since it wasn't known where they were getting in. Chemwise came back out the next day, at no charge, and spent quite a bit of time searching for nests and entry points both from the outside and the inside. They sprayed again. Its been two months and we haven't had more, but we know if we do, we'll be calling Chemwise because they were thorough, followed up and didn't spray a bunch of harmful chemicals.

The person showed up on time and performed the work professionaly. He was very courteous. This was a very good experience.

This was a good company. Upon purchasing the deal, I called to set up an appointment and they got right back to me with a time for the next day. The technician arrived promply at the time we agreed upon and sprayed the house for bees. He as well as the customer service team on the phone assured me that if I see bees again that the work is guaranteed for the rest of the season. As of now, just a few bees, but they are mostly among the flowers not along the house and on the deck where we were most concerned. I would hire them again.

We got them from Angie’s list. The service went very well. We only used them for the last treatment but they have been very good with that. I would recommend them to someone.

Chem-wise has been very easy to work with. They scheduled a first visit with us and seemed pretty flexible about times (arrived early before we went to work). After that they call a week before they are planning to be in our area to inform us that they'll be coming. In addition, we've had them come out 2 or 3 times extra due to an ant issue -- this is also easy to schedule. In addition, the technician who comes is a nice young man who's a pleasure to have at our home.

I called made the appointment they came out the next day. I haven't seen any wasp or hornets making nests or any flying around the house. Great job!!!!
