Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

Excellent job! Chem-Wise was very prompt, arriving well within the window promised, and proceeded to wasp-bee proof my home. I was so pleased with Chem-Wise, that I signed up for additional services in 2012.

I emailed Chem-wise for details on their services and pricing. Dave was very prompt in answering my email (within 24 hours). He provided clear information. Two techs came to spray the area where the wasps' nest was (in our basement crawlspace). They were very professional! It was a cramped space in there, but they handled it well. The techs also identified a gap in the wall between the cement where the wasps entered. They sprayed outside our home to take care of any wasps near the entrance. My one minor complaint is that they broke the our light bulb in the crawlspace. But we were so grateful that the wasps were gone! Overall, they provided a great service.

On time, professional, courteous. Very worth the money. Not one single wasp infestation this year.

We had an issue with wasps in our backyard - quite a hefty hive near our garage. We purchased the big deal and could not have been more pleased. Scheduling the appointment was easy - automated, which I thoroughly appreciate the use of technology. The technician came out when scheduled and was superbly friendly and efficient. Even more than what was advertised, the bee/wasp proofing was guaranteed for a full year! Plus, the treatment was pet-safe, which is what drew us to this company in the first place. We were so pleased with the service and company that we booked them to do all of our pest prevention year-round. They have already been out twice to help with our winter pest proofing. Just as with the big deal, all of our interactions have been fantastic! Great company that we will continue to use in the future!

We were highly satisfied with Chem-wise services. They charged $95 for season-long wasp proofing. Every year we will get several wasps in our house in early spring. After chem-wise came out, we did not have any wasps indoors. We did not have any new nests appear outside on our eaves. Their technician was prompt and kind and informative. He even took a look up in our attic to see if he saw any signs of nests in there. He went the extra mile while he was here. In the past, we have paid more than double that price for wasp-proofing. We will definitely use Chem-wise again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff, on time or early, treats your house like it's theirs and makes sure you understand everything and are happy with their work.

We had one call back in July as the wasps moved from the home to our backyard pool. This company came out the following day and sprayed the area at no charge. After that no wasps all summer. Excellent service would recommend to anyone.

The treatment is still in progress. However, with the punctuality, professionalism and compassion of the techs, I'm confident all will be fine. My initial contact with the company was pleasant in that the staff clearly explained the process and provided a quote based on the size of my condo. They also were flexible in scheduling the treatment sessions and encouraged me to phone them if Ihad any questions. The techs, Keith and Tyler, who are performing the treatments are awesome...in addition to what's noted earlier...personable, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I'm sure I'll have questions during the last session like the best way to wipe drawers and cabinets that were treated before putting items back in them. I do wish there had been more discussion about mattress encasements and the company had provided a quote. This would have prompted me to either take them up on their offer or to have immediately gone out to make the purchase. The encasements are to be placed on mattresses after treatment and/or on new mattresses. I'm VERY pleased with the service.

I had a massive bee hive under the from window that they were able to control and eliminate. He went around the entire house taking care of any wasp or other insect nests that he found. He was very pleasent and professional

It went well. Before Chem-Wise, I had a TON of wasps and bees in my front driveway and wasp nest in all my shutters and along rooftop. About 2-3 days after house was sprayed, I didn't see any more wasps. Treatment really worked.

I hired this company to take care of a mice problem in my parent's home. My parents were very pleased. They arrived early and were very professional. We used a different company before and we found Chem-Wise to be more thorough, by actually finding the place of entry and sealing the location. I would recommend this company. If my mother's pleases they must be good.

I was pleased with how polite the technician was. He told me what he was going to do before he began. He did the work and let me know that he would come back free of charge if I saw any pests. I have had pest services in the past but I have not seen any pest activity with this company. I am also pleased with the cost which I think is fair.

Went very well. I liked the fact that Kevin set the expectation of what to expect after the application and his assessment was correct. I called them again a couple weeks later to do another application as the insects were coming back and they were prompt and did another application without any hassle and it's been great since. The gentleman that came by to do the application was very professional and courteous. At no extra charge he checked in the attic for animal presence as we would hear pecking sounds in the attic. He found a birds nest that he removed.

Would not use again, as I hate bees and wasps and my friend is allergic to them, so I need a sure bet. This really was not too effective.

They are extraordinarily professional. They did not try to push me into buying any other services, which I really appreciate. Also, they worked around the schedule of the other contractors that were working on our home.

Overall it went very well. They called me about 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment to let me know they were running a lttle late (about 15 minutes). I didn't mind it at all, I thought the heads up gave it a personal touch.

Perfectly- sprayed entire home for wasps. No wasps seen after treatment.

The exterminator was punctual. I described what we were experiencing with the wasps and showed him the potential nests. He treated our whole house and we did not see another wasp afterwards.

Very knowledgeable inspector. Instantly recognized previous treatment for ants from small clues, and also found a chipmunk hole that was hidden from easy sight.
