Technicians arrived promptly for both appointments to place traps where past rodent activity had taken place and to inspect the property for points of entry. The technician took the trouble to do a thorough inspection and explained what he was doing and why. There were two appointments about two weeks apart. In the end no mice were detected but it was worth confirming that and also getting their property inspection. They sealed a couple places I had overlooked in my own tour of the property. Overall, very pleased with the service.

They did an excellent job, and have had no problems since. We would use them again.

Everything went fine. We did not have a rodent problem (we saw/caught one mouse 4 months ago) so this purchase was to appease my wife. The person who showed up was on-time, professional and courteous.

We've regularly had bee\wasp issues around our house, so after seeing this deal we bought it and since that service, we did not have the same problem.

My tenant was kind of freaking out, so I needed someone who would come out and take care of the issue quickly. Initially, Chem-Wise said they could be there the same day. That didn't happen. When I called, the person I talked with on the phone said there was a miscommunication and at first didn't seem terribly concerned about the problem--I was not happy. A few hours later, she called back and apologized for the problems and assured me that a technician would be at my house first thing the next morning. And he was. The box elder bug issue was actually pretty bad, and required two additional treatments, which Chem-Wise scheduled and provided at no additional cost and with excellent service. This is the second year we have used the company. I didn't even know the service existed before receiving a big deal notification from Angie's list last year. They guaranteed the work for the season and said they would return if we should have a problem before the first frost. We never did and were able to enjoy our outdoor space all summer and fall after ten years of being unable to do so due to bee sting allergies. We intend to use them again next year.

Technician arrived on time and set the appropriate devices around the basement. We did not see a mouse for some time after they were here.

They were absolutely outstanding and I have already recommended them to several friends! I would use them again with absolute confidence if ever needed.

Overall, they get back to you right away. The price was fair and they were punctual. Most of all they solved my problem. I didn't even need to call them back, which they said to call back if anything else pops up. I would use them again, this was actually the second time I have used them.

Company responded promptly to our inquiry; performed work to address issue with spiders and mice; very professional and friendly service person. $75 per visit per contract; always respond promptly when called. Issue is much better.

Went well - tech came on time, very friendly. ASked me what pest issues we had (not many, just a few spiders). I mentioend that I have a 2 year old and a pregnant wife, so he suggested spraying more in the basement, less in the bedrooms (but the decision was up to me). He said they stuff is all safe around kids, but I'm paranoid. He sprayed, looked around for evidence of mice, and put down some mouse stations with bait, and he'll be back in a couple of weeks to check if the baits have been touched.

This was a very positive experience. Their policy is that they will continue to make service calls at no additional cost until the problem is solved, which is what they did for me. It took 3 service calls before all of the yellow jackets were gone. Very unusual, as I think most other companies will charge for every service call. Everyone was very nice and extremely professional, from Amber who describes their services and schedules appointments to Brandon, the service technician. I was so impressed with this company that I signed up for their year-round service.

Perfect in every way. No leaks since. On time, professioanl, and left the crawl space cleaner than before he started working!

For sure they will come out 3 times a year. Because this is an annual contract they will come out whenever I need them. They are very customer friendly. They also give discounts for referrals. They also have helped me with mice. All the guys are very nice and the receptionist is too.

As stated above the experience was very acceptable. The company and the technician were professiona and on time which is extremely important to me.

Overall, I was pleased with their service and intend to use them again. We had no bees and wasp for the first time since we moved into our house five years ago. We also had minimum bug infestation considering we have three houses surrounding us being built. Perhaps the only improvement would be a better way to set up service appointments. I called the each time to set up a service and thought they could be more proactive.

After two years of suffering from a wasp infestation on our deck and in our backyard, I finally decided to call a professional. I was not optimistic because my own effort of chasing down and spraying nests never worked to keep the wasps away for more than a few weeks at a time. However, Chem-Wise guaranteed that we would be wasp-free for a year, so I figured it was a win-win even if it didn't last. I was extremely delighted that the wasp treatment DID work, it kept them away from our yard for the entire summer and fall! I would occasionally still see a few stray wasps that would fly over from the 2 neighbors' yards, but they wouldn't venture far into our yard and they wouldn't build any new nests in our deck or yard. I will definitely be using this company ever year for this service! It was such a delight having a wasp-free backyard for the first time ever this summer! When I bought the wasp prevention treatment deal, I also decided to sign up for their regular service as well for ants, which was an additional $75 per treatment for 4 treatments. We get both tiny ants and large ants in the house in the spring. Although I still saw a lot of ants and anthills in the yard through the summer, I never saw any more in the house. If we have ants again next spring I will probably re-subscribe to this service. The service technician himself was always extremely knowledgeable, punctual and professional. On the first visit I showed him around all the problem areas, and he asked thoughtful questions about other areas that I did not consider (such as the attic vent or the siding). He also pointed out various things that I didn't know were probably attracting pests (such as wet wood around the sump pump outlet) so that we could take preventative measures of our own. He was careful not to spray toys or areas where we planned to garden. The company always gave advance notice of when the technician would be performing the routine visits. If I was home and had problems inside, this could include interior spraying, and if I was not home, they would just spray outside and bill me. Also, on one visit I showed the technician a weird-looking dead bug that I have seen from time to time in our basement. He identified it as a house centipede and told me all about it. I decided not to treat for them though. It was a relief to finally know what it was after seeing them scurry around every once in a while.

I didn't notice much difference in the spiders, but the mice seemed to be gone. They came an extra time, but now that it is next winter they are back. They were suppose to block the entrances and maybe these are new entrances. I emailed them not to long ago to ask if there was a warranty since it was less than a year ago. They responded all the time last year when I did this, but no response this last time, even if to say there was no warranty after a set time. Will just go with decon since that gets a lot of good reviews.
