Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

I moved into a rental that was supposedly "immaculate" and within 2 weeks, sugar ants were everywhere. It was disgusting. After trying to use the DIY remedies from HD and Lowes, begging the landlord to do something, I paid Chemwise to come and evaluate the issue and give me an estimate for a solution that would mitigate the issue and also be safe for my dogs. They were very punctual and friendly, they explained some of the factors behind the infestation (beyond my control) and what we could do. I think I had them back 3-4 times in the course of 3 months and the ants disappeared. I was very satisfied.

So far we have not had any issues with nesting pests around the pool and home. We still have the visitors, for the moisture, but they head back to their homes somewhere else!

Good price for the service--effective in ridding the house and property of various insets (ants, boxelder bugs, etc)

At the initial visit, Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management first laid traps for the rodents, some mice. initially plugged in areas that they thought they were coming in to. Another technician came out and he went behind that and saw a couple of spots that he needed to plug in for us. I was very pleased with them because they're very responsive. They came out as soon as we called because I had told him that we saw a couple of mice in a trap and they were very responsive with coming out and doing a follow-up calls to those. I like the fact they don't have you sign a contract. I like that flexibility. They make you want to use them, because they're very professional when they did come out. They were very on time. If you say 8:30, he was here at 8:30.

I am very satisfied with them. They took care of the problem. They did a good job, they came when they said they would come and they worked very quickly.

The experience with them was fine. They got rid of the problem.

Within minutes of my booking the Big Deal, the provider had sent me a e-mail acknowleding the purchase and asking how they could help with setting up an appointment. I contacted them a couple weeks later, once my schedule provided me a opportunity to be home for the appointment. Making the appointment was extremely easy. The service technician arrived spot on the agreed time, clearly explained what he was going to do, asked if we had any specific areas of our home that were of a concern. I immediately advised him that we had seen wasps going in and out of the side of our home at the peak of the roof. He serviced the house and gave special attention to this area. He removed 3 hives that were already becoming active, and applied additional repellent to the areas of the house where we had advised we had previous problems as well as areas that typically are prone to problems. The service required him to climb on the roof of our two story home which he was not concerned with. So far, we have not noticed any continuing problems and are looking forward to a bee/wasp free summer around our home. Apppointment took about 45 minutes, and the technician was thorough. Even without a Big Deal, I think we will use this company next year as a annual service. As long as we get through the summer without seeing any reinfestation, we will go to this company again.

Everything went well. Scheduled the service appointment within a few days after I called. The Technician who applied the treatment (Luke) was very punctual (arrive within 5-10 minutes of scheduled hour he was to arrive), informative (told me exactly where he was going to spray and asked if there was anywhere in particular I needed addressing), courteous (very friendly) and told me if I noticed any bees congregating around any specific area, that I should call and they would come back and re-spray. Guaranteed for one year. Very professional.

I noticed after the first spray I was still seeing wasps. Then I called back and they came back out propmptly (without charge). After the second spraying I didn't see anymore washps.

I purchased a $ 95 big deal for environmentally friendly bee/wasp proofing. I called them right away. I stuck to the cost of the big deal. It worked very well. We had a very bad infestation of wasp. They solved the problem. He explained everything and answered all my questions regarding the pesticides and things because I have pets and grandchildren here. So, I wanted to make sure everything was safe, and he was very thorough with all that information. The price was very reasonable.

I purchased a $95 for environmentally friendly bee/wasp proofing. They did a good job. I paid another $150 or something. The work seemed fine. It seemed effective. Actually, a fellow that does some work for me, a handyman, supervised that over there at that house. I did not really meet the fellows at all. So, I do not have a first hand interaction with them. The price was fine. There was a deal there. I used to pay $300 for a whole house extermination plan. That was before the price went up. There are no problem with the quality of their work. I think they were responsive, and their professionalism was fine.

Fantastic! The technician arrived on-time and was very courteous and professional. He informed me of the process step-by-step and where/why he was spraying. Haven't seen any of the little pests since! I would definitely use this service again in the future.

This is the 3rd year I have had them spray. Very professional. Personnel are very polite and do a thorough job. Will continue to purchase coupon if offered next Spring.

The service person was professional and courteous. He listened to the specific areas of the house where I saw problems. After they left, we have not seen any problem areas. Prior to them coming, we had swarms of carpenter bees around our house and backyard.

The provided sent an email as to the date of application. The owner need not be at home at the time of application. An invoice of service was left to notify delivery of the application

The gentleman showed up promptly and we discussed the issue we were having with carpenter bees. He explained where and how they make their nests and proceeded to treat all areas for those bees as well as all other types of bees. This was a Big Deal offer from Angies and the Chem Wise employees couldn't have been nicer.

I have been using this service for years but only joined Angie's list last year so I had been paying $195.00 for the same service so was thrilled to see the big deal at $95.00 i find the service really works and keeps the bees from infiltrating our patio even when we enjoy food on the patio table. Before this service the bees would come swarming if you brought any type of food outside. I would highly recommend this.

My experience with them was good. I wasn't here when they were doing it; I just called them on the phone. Their customer service was good.

Everything went well !!!!! No complaint's from us at all and the gentleman that took care of was so sweet. But, most of all he explained alot to me and my husband. Like what chemicals they use etc. Today is June 11th,2013 and we have not seen any wasp's as yet. And, for some reason they like to build nest's all over. And, my husband is very allergic to thier sting. He was on time and so professional he knew what he was doing. Can't go wrong with this company it's worth the money.

Everything has gone fine so far. I have not seen any bees or wasps outside since the work was completed.

The provider arrived the day after the appointment was made. He was through not only in treating areas where the bees/wasps were but also in treating other areas they might seek out.He informed us he would be happy to come again at no charge if we had any more problems with bees/wasps this year.

A one time application of the service is sufficient. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. We have continued to use their services over the past few years. I would recommend Chem-wise to others in the future.

The work they've done was pretty effective because my mouse problem in my basement is gone. The guy that came in was very pleasant, punctual, friendly and he did his job. He didn't overwhelm me with details because I didn't really wanna know and he clog up the whole after he came back the second time to look at what is it. He looked at the space where there were droppings and once he notice there weren't any he clog it up and so hopefully I won't have any future problems this coming winter.

Did a great job. Professional and on time. Will use this company again.

Placed ant extermination jelly under kitchen sink and and cellar, then sprayed attic and exterior bug bugs & spiders.
