It went fine. They did what they said that they would do.

The came out a few weeks ago and they were great, personable and did what they said they would do. I had no carpenter bees now going into my house and they were great. They were persistent and I had carpenter bee traps which didn’t stop the problem but he stopped the problem. This was the firs time I use this company and they did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again.

The technician came to the house and asked for all of the issues. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what the annual program included, such as if any wasp's nests are found, they will come back and knock them down and spray for prevention. What a relief! We had an ants' nest in our window frame that he bombed and they are now all gone. Our home is bug-free, inside and out. We called them back last week because we found a wasp nest in our mailbox. They scheduled a time and came out on time, told me what he would do, and no more wasps!

It's been six weeks now and have not seen one around the house.

The technician came on time,showed on in Company's uniform & truck & introduced himself. He sprayed under the eves of the house & around the house,deck,etc. He knocked down a nest under one of the eves.He came at 10:46 am & left @ 11:10am.He used 7 gal of Termidor .013% Fipronil. The technician said that if I see wasps around my house,I could call & they would come out again. I thought it would be more than just spraying but if this works,I'm ok with it.This is about Band of Neighbors. I DO NOT WISH TO BE PART OF THIS. Our neighbors have changed over the years. They have children living at home,we do not. We are in a different place as for socializing,vacations,health than they are. What we have in common is that we own a home,cut grass,plant flowers. We do not have children,grandchildren or relatives that live in our area. If you want to post how I feel about the BIG DEAL I bought through Angies List,do so but not with my name out there. I joined Angie's List so I will not get taken by somebody that takes your money & you never see them again. I did not join AL to socialize. I have enough in my rehab classes 4x a week. I am happy that I joined AL. Thank you for all the Big Deals.

Very professional. Let us know exactly what was going to be done and how. Specifically walked us through how the chemical was to work to not only remove the hornets nests but prevent rebuilding. Took special care to tell us about safety precautions for the children until the treated areas had time to be effective. Would definitely use them again.

It is a massive pet peeve for me when service providers are late. I called someone else and had an appointment for Monday. They did a no-show, after I waited at home through their entire 2 hour appointment window. Mid day, which requires time off from work, and they don't show up. They asked to reschedule, I told them to pound sand and called the next company on my list - Chem Wise. Set up a one hour window for Wednesday at noon, once again taking time off from work to go wait at home. 12:45 and no one has shown up, so I call the company. "Well, he's on his way but running a little late," I'm told by the office staff. "How late is he running?" I ask. "He can be there by about 3:30..." they say. I don't get it. Doctors, dentists, mechanics and now exterminators. Everyone says customer service is the most important thing, and then they all overbook themselves and make customers wait and wait and wait and reschedule for the simple privilege of having them show up, do their job and get paid. Chem Wise did a fine job. Guy showed up at 3:30 and appeared to know what he was doing. Five days later we haven't seen any more carpenter ants or carpenter bees, so the money was well spent and I'd hire them again. I'm just tired of burning my time waiting for people to provide me with a service that they're trying to sell me. Simple advice for every service provider: When you're the customer, take all the time you want. When I'm the customer, don't waste my time!

The service was excellent. The bees are all gone. They came out, I told them where the problem was and they found the problem and took care of it. They were quick. They were easy to get a hold of, they came when they said they would and they took care of the problem. I have a dog and there was no problems with the dog being around where they sprayed or whatever they did.

At this time it appears to be successful. He came within a week. The price was at a good price point for me. The gentleman who came out here was deaf, but he made that known to me and I had to face him so that he could read my lips. He did it in a very diplomatic, matter of factual way. He wasn't seeking pity or anything else like that. Once I knew that, I was able to make sure that communication was clear and established. It was a little surprising and unusual.

Went well. They were punctual and haven't seen any bees.

Unbelievable for $ 95.00. Was very impressed. Came out within 48 hours of my telephone inquiry. The gentleman was very nice and professional. Sprayed and took care of any/all looming wasps. I have paid so much more for this service. Am very happy!

VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE SERVICEMAN TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING, EXPLAINED THE GUARANTEE AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS AS NOW WE CAN USE OUR DECK AND YARD WITHOUT BEING AFRAID OF GETTING SWARMED.

I received an e-mail right away after purchasing the special deal as posted. We set up a date for that visit doing it on- line and asking me where we were seeing them. Chem- Wise was going to come out when I wouldn't be home so I had a concern And they made the appointment when I would be home. I feel like most of the wasps are gone but I called them back for one more visit to get some places that they seem to be trying again to build there nests. I am very happy with this company and would Highly recommend them to anyone.

They said it would get rid of bees and wasps around house and under my deck which it has not. I would definitely not use them again.

The gentleman was on time and courteous. He asked if there were any areas in particular that need attention before he started his normal spraying routine. He informed me that if I still have problems with bees/hornets, etc. that to give them a call and they will have no problem in coming out to re-spray. I was very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them.

It was a good deal. It saved me about $40. I would definitely use them again. He was very nice, knowledgeable, efficient, and answered all my questions. He was very prompt and punctual.

Everything went well as usual with the treatment. They arrived on time, and their treatment seems to have been effective.

It went really well. They called a day or two after I purchased the Big Deal coupon from Angie's List (sometimes you have to phone tag providers, but this one called on their own pretty quickly). They were here within the week of purchase. They sent 1 guy, on time, and he was very friendly. He was here 30-60 minutes, cleaned up several bee nests, sprayed everywhere, then knocked again to give me the invoice. He said the bees would try to build again but wouldn't be able to, and the work is guaranteed in case anything does build again. I haven't seen bees in the yard at all since the provider was here, other than 1 day right after when they tried to come back. It really seemed to work, and was eco-friendly treatment. Would use again next year. We had several kinds of bees and wasps, and we have no flowers or trees to pollinate in our yard, so they really were just infesting our yard and scaring the kids. We didn't feel like we were upsetting nature having them removed since the closest things to pollinate are several houses away. :)

Great! We have dogs and cats and my concern is always about their safety. Unlike another pest control company, Chem-Wise believes that less is more. They did not spray ALL over. I was assured by the technician, Luke, that the bait (which is tucked away in crevices) was quite enough to kill ants but would not harm anyone else in the house. They guarantee their work for 90 days. They had to come back a month later to do a followup treatment because a month after the initial treatment, I started to see some ants--I called on a Monday and Luke was back out on Tuesday to retreat the problem areas. We are ant free now. I highly recommend this company!

When the serviceman arrived, I showed him where I thought we had a bee nest near the roof. However, he told me with his experience the nest was more in an area that was not treated or painted. Sure enough, he found the nest on the under side of a wood deck railing. He sprayed the area and they never came back. He also spread other areas where he thought bees and other type insects would nest. Great job!
