The tech came out, did an inspection of the property inside and outside. Found a couple of potential entry points outside and filled them with steel wool. Didn't charge me for the inspection.

First treatment didn't quite cut it, but return visit was prompt and no-cost thanks to guarantee!

It went very well. Service came early. Did the required service. He was very professional.

When i called them the first time, the prices were 145 for the first time and bee nest removal was 65. But if it do annual, they would cover the nest for free. But when i spoke to them the next time, this person told me 85 for the bee nest removal. and even if i do annual, it wont change. I told her i had called in a day ago to inquire about the rates and the rates were different but she kept repeating it must be a different company to the extent that it was rude. I see all the good reviews so they must be great. My experience, very limited though, was not good.

Excellent! Very responsive to needs as they arose outside of scheduled visits. Our scheduled services since have been effective. They are professional and Jim who has typically been to our house to perform services is great! Nice, friendly and has given us some great tips to help keep our house free of pests.

I had my windows cleaned a week before they came out to spray for the wasps. I think they got more spray on the windows than on the eves and wherever else it was supposed to go. They use a power sprayer which saturates everything, including all the windows, which now I will have to get cleaned again. On the bright side, we have less wasps hanging around than we did before the treatment.

No flying Mosquitos or gnats. Some complaints about ankles getting bit.

We have had several bee and wasp nests every summer around our house for years. They sprayed at the beginning of June and I have not seen one yet this year.

I've been enrolled in their tri-annual service now for a few years and have not had any ant sightings in quite a while. When I have seen a stray ant in the house, I call and they come out and treat inside my home for free since I am enrolled in the service. I'm happy with the results.

Service men were prompt and addressed all concerns.

The service was excellent, the technician was very thorough and the treatment was effective.

we still have bees but less of them

The service technician that came over was professional and courteous. After the service, I didn't see much of an improvement, I still had bugs and spiders in my home, the company did come again but still it didn't seem to solve the problem with the spiders. I reached out to the company today and explained the situation and they stated I was out of warranty and should purchase a new package in spite of the fact that the service initial service didn't do much to my original problem. Obviously, I'm disappointed that the company didn't attempt to rectify the problem and their solution was to sell me a new package.

When I made the appointment, customer service was polite and efficient. She was very accommodating to my scheduling needs. Rico came out to do the work. He was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. This is the second time I have used Chem-Wise and if needed, I'll call them again.

Took care of the problem, came back if there was an issue. Very impressed. I have recommended them to other landlords in the area. I kept the plan where I pay them three times a year and they come whenever there is an issue.

Fantastic results! Haven't had a bee or wasp in the house since service was performed. Extremely pleased with the results and I will rehire next spring.

It went well and we've had a decrease in bugs within our home. We still have a few bugs within the home, but significantly less than before.

The technician showed up on time. He was professional and friendly. He did a thorough job and provided some useful tips for me to use around the house. We called primarily for an ant problem. The treatment took care of the problem.

We are now mouse free! Incredible professional, and punctual service. I wish there was a higher rating than "A" that I could give. It's a great feeling knowing you aren't living with mice running around.
