Description of Work: Just bought the house, the gas fireplace was a mess and was uncertain if it had been recently used. They came, very punctual, polite and clean - checked the operation, replaced the embers, rearranged and cleaned the logs, painted the grate and patiently explained the operation to me. Thank you. I would use them again.

Description of Work: NW Metalcraft refaced an old brick fireplace and replaced an old set of gas logs. What a complete transformation! They made suggestions to economize the project and still achieve the modern look we were hoping for. The project was done in two phases and all three team members left the work area clean, neat and efficient. They were all respectful of moving equipment and supplies through the rest of the house. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: We had them replace our fireplace insert with gas logs and a new liner. We are very happy with the work that was done. The inset and logs are put in before Christmas but the outside was just installed 3 days ago. It is beautiful!!

Description of Work: Gave a facelift to my dated gas fireplace including new granite surround, gas logs with remote start, a new cherry wood mantle, new glass doors and painted the interior of the fireplace black. They also performed the demo work and haul away. The fireplace looks awesome and I highly recommend this company. While the job took longer than expected, it was worth the wait.
