Description of Work: They trimmed a Crimson King Maple tree, pulled out an evergreen bush & roots and trimmed 5 upright evergreen trees about 10' to 12' in height. They were very professional, punctual, fast and clean. Everything was great except I thought it was a bit pricey though I know they have a lot of equipment and insurance to pay for.

Description of Work: Trimmed box elder and horse chestnut. A little pricey but they didn't damage the landscaping, the pruning was aesthetically pleasing, and they took away all the debris.

Description of Work: The company pruned a maple tree in the backyard. They did a beautiful job. My only problem was that I told the company I wanted to be here when they came. They came earlier than expected and did the job. When I called them, they were apologetic and took money off the bill.

Description of Work: Gray Tree Service trimmed a large ash tree, two ornamental fruit trees, and removed two bushes. The owner called me before beginning work to confirm that we really did want to spend our money on trimming the ash tree as there is a possibility it will die in the next several years if infected with the emerald ash borer. I thought the owner was knowledgeable and professional. The crew did a great job of pruning our trees and removing the bushes. I would absolutely use Gray again.

Description of Work: Pursuant to my landscaper's suggestion that I have the canopy lifted on my Mulberry tree, I hired Gray to do the job. After a miscommunication about the job date, they handled this big job in a most professional manner. When finished, they cleaned up. At first, my untrained eye led me to believe that they removed too much. As time pasted I saw that they did a great job in sculpting the tree. Lastly, with the coupon, the price was more than fair.

Description of Work: They trimmed two large trees at the rear of our property. Were easy to work with for scheduling, arrived on time, discussed what they would do, did it, and cleared away the mess. We've used them before and will probably do so again, next time the trees need a trim. It was more expensive than last time, but worth the cost to have the job done well.

Description of Work: Trimmed two trees between our house and the neighbor's, back from both houses. It went well, no problems.

Description of Work: They removed a tree that was dying and ground the stump. They came out to evaluate the tree and consulted with me over the phone to confirm that it needed to be removed and what the cost would be. The removal occurred earlier than we expected which was fine except that we had some plants around the tree that we wanted to save. Fortunately we had a break in the weather that allowed us to remove the plants before the tree was taken down but we were not notified that the removal was going to occur before it was originally scheduled to be done. They did clean up the area nicely and the stump removal was done to a suitable depth. We would definitely use them again but we would make sure that we knew exactly when the removal would occur.

Description of Work: They removed tree limbs and completed the job very professionally with a very great clean up also. I would use this company again without any hesitation.

Description of Work: We needed a tree stump (next to our driveway) dug out and removed. The company's contact person was professional and courteous. After one postponement they came out and did a very professional job by machine - it would have taken hours to do it manually. The price was reasonable and they left the area clean. I would defininitely use them again.

Description of Work: They removed excess branches from the two big trees in the backyard. They did a great job and cleaned up the yard well.
