Amazing job! I would 100% refer and use their services again!

Date of Service: 06/21/2022 Cost: $600.00 This is my 3rd time using Gray Tree Service. Our neighbor's tree was hanging into our yard, preventing my 2 arborvitaes from growing. The tree was always full of unidentified eggs and fungus. Ricks crew came out and removed the overhang. They were polite, professional, swift and cleaned up all debris. The price was very competitive and my trees have grown about a foot since they trimmed the neighbor's wild tree.

Very well. They were on time, performed tasks as required and laid the trunks for my garden beds.

The service was excellent the gentlemen works for 2 1/2 hours with out any breaks, they removed everything I wanted to remove. I would definitely use them and recommend them.

The service with Gray was great. Rick was very responsive and professional. He went out of his way to get the work done for us asap, which was exactly what we needed.

Rick returned my call within the hour on 08/18/21. He quoted me a price and said his crew would be out withing the week. Rick is an arborist and was able to give me some verbal advice on what to plant in it's place for the occasionally wet area, and addressed my concern over a newly severed limb on a Ginko tree. His crew came out on Friday while I was at work and removed the poor dead tree. The are was left clean and tidy.

Rick from Gray tree service was very friendly and easy to work with. The workers came the second day after we talked. They did a fast, clean, thorough job. I felt very comfortable through the entire process of working with the company.

It went way better than I would have imagined. Rick had a guy out to give me an estimate within days of our phone call. When I did call him back to get the work done, he had his crew out the very next week, The crew was a few minutes early, and completed the job within 30 minutes, They left my front yard better than when they arrived, I would definitely hire this company again and again. Also, the crew was very professional and very courteous.

Excellent. Rick responded quickly regarding setting up a quote, respected social distancing and agreed to a reasonable price. The team was professional, on-time and clean. Despite taking down and chipping multiple trees, there was no mess in the yard or up front where there equipment was. They communicated throughout the process and completed the job as discussed. I would recommend them to family or friends that need work done, and we'll use them again.

It was an excellent experience. Rick contacted me right away. The next day I was given a quote and a few days later they were here right on time as scheduled. Carl and the crew did an excellent job. They cleaned up and hauled away the debris. I would feel very comfortable recommending Gray Tree Service to any neighbor who needs tree service.

Gray Tree Service is outstanding! This is the second time I have used their service. Rick quickly came out to review the needed work and give a quote. They are great about getting you on their schedule for service. They came out as promised and did a fantastic job of removing the trees and roots, and cleaned up the areas so well you cannot even tell there were any trees or roots there. I would hire them again with no hesitation and most surely will!

The rain didn’t cooperate for the first month, but the work was done today and the job done was exceptional. My yard looks great and I am very satisfied with the quality of work and clean up. They even removed a dead bush that appeared after my initial evaluation free of charge.

We were very pleased with the work done by Gray Tree Service. The service was delayed due to the cold, wet, and snowy spring season, but they kept in contact and arrived at the earliest possible window to perform the job. The trees look healthy and beautiful, and cleanup was spotless. They are professionals and they do a great job. We will call them again.

We cut down two smallish trees and needed to have them removed. Took advantage of a deal offered by Gray Tree Services on Angie’s list. Rick responded promptly and came out the next day to check it out. Said I wanted it done asap and he had it done within the week. VERY SATISFIED! Would use again for sure.

Gray Tree Service did an awesome job. We had a dead tree removed from backyard. Also had tree trunk cut form one of the trees in front yard. They came on time and did the job very professionally. All debris were removed and yard was left clean after the job.

Gray Tree Service did a FANTASTIC job on removing our large pine tree, grinding the stump and carrying away the debris. It was quick and they were very professional. I'd recommend as well as use them again myself.

They were very professional, punctual, and knew exactly which branches needed to be trimmed. They cleaned everything up quickly as well. They did an excellent job, and will use them again when needed.

Having gotten several estimates to have trees trimmed, we opted to go with Gray Tree Service. They were not the lowest price, but close enough to it and far from the highest. We decided to use their service based on Angie's, NextDoor, and Yelp reviews. We are glad we did. The work involved trimming four large limbs off a very large cottonwood tree--(I am told it is the largest in the neighborhood). Also trimming of several medium to small sized trees and a row of bushes, along with trimming and shaping two bushes. We initially had the work scheduled for Fall, 2018...but then we decided to postpone until Spring. Rick did not pressure us to have the work done sooner, rather than later. In addition, when we called in Spring, he honored not only the initial price quote, but also the 10% AL discount. He was able to find our quote, reviewed that was still the work we wanted done, and we scheduled for the work to be done within days. The evening before, he had his crew foreman (?), Carl, come out to review the work, to be sure we were in agreement, as neither myself nor my husband expected to be home. On the morning of the work, I remembered last minute that I did not ask for an up-to-date certificate of insurance, he sent me one within the hour. The crew showed up early in the morning, did a fabulous job on all of the trees/bushes, cleaned up all debris, leaving everything trimmed and tidy. I can't wait to see how much better our grass will look this summer!
