Description of Work: Trees were pruned and debris removed efficiently and expertly. However, not all debris was cleaned up. Payment included 2 coupons. Price was okay, but there were two miscommunication problems involving employees, the owner, and myself.

Description of Work: Had 2 large trees removed from the backyard and one smaller tree from the front yard. I called them in the morning, they stopped by in the afternoon and sent me a quote that night. The next day they performed the work while I was at work. I didn't receive any complaints from any neighbors and they cleaned up the spots pretty well after the stump grinding was complete. I would definately use them again in the future.

Description of Work: The were great. Prompt arrivals and response to requests. An arborist came out initially to look at ALL my trees/shrubs. Didn't recommend much other than fertilizing (my home and landscaping are all ~3rs old. Gave me many tips on how to maintain some of the species very easily without having to pay them. One ornamental tree was dead, so they removed that when they came to fertilize. Didn't even notice it was gone (no evidence of "collateral damage" in a heavily landscaped area in front of our house.
