Rick was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was as likely to tell me that trees were doing well on our property as he was to tell me they needed to be pruned or removed. The work crew was courteous, did beautiful work pruning, and were thorough in removing both tree and stumps. I will absolutely work with them again.

Gray did their usual great job. They were in and out quick. We needed three bushes removed and the stumps ground down under grade level. There was plenty of manpower to haul away the debris and left little evidence they were even here. We will hire them again next year when the maple trees and birch tree needs pruning.

Great in the Spring if I need anything done like this I will use them again hands down

I really liked their website. I went online, provided a few basic details of my request and submitted it on Friday. I received a confirmation email that my request was received and sat back and waited for a reply. The reply came on Saturday, and Rick said he would swing by my place to look at the trees and provide a quote on Monday. Well fortunately for me, he was in the area on Sunday and stopped by, inspected the trees, and gave me a quote. I told him "Let's do it" and he said he'd get back to me on scheduling a date. Got an email on Monday with a target date of Wednesday. Come Wednesday morning, a crew of people showed up in 3 huge trucks, two of which had wood chippers in tow. The third truck had an hydraulic arm on it to pick up large pieces of wood. It was a legit operation and not one of those raggedy ones where the truck is being held together by straps. The crew worked efficiently. While one was trimming back one of the trees in the backyard, another was working in the front yard. The did a great job with the trimming and tree removal and cleaned up everything. The quick turn-around time from quote request (Friday) to job being completed the following Wednesday was great! The crew was very friendly, polite, and professional.. not just the supervisor. I happened to interact with 3 or 4 of the guys of the crew and they communicated to me in a way as if it was their own business. Overall, very happy with the entire service and experience.

A full crew showed up and completed an extensive tree trimming within about an hour. They cleaned up ALL debris afterwards. Would recommend!

They did a great job. I was shocked by how clean they left the front yard where we had a maple tree removed and the side of the garage where we had four bushes removed. I have hired other companies to do similar work in the past and had to clean up a mess of debris. I wish I could give them a higher rating than A. I would definitely use them in the future.

Purchased Angie's coupon deal. They quoted me 3 times more than other companies. I was able to cancel the coupon and did not use them.

Good cleanup and grounds were perfect

Have been using their firewood for years - before they were on Angie's list. We have wood stove, burns well lasts all winter. Good communication via text and voice working with my schedule. I only looked on Angie's list to see if there was better price.....prices are competitive and I already had confidence of the service and wood therefore I chose them again and am not disappointed.

After Rick the owner scoped out the job and quoted a price he contacted me to set up a date for the work to be completed. The crew arrived early/on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. I was especially impressed with the clean up. Gray Tree Service was professional and experienced. I highly recommend them. I have alreay given out their information to others.

Rick did a fantastic job of the removal of the dead tree. He was very responsive. He cut the tree and removed the trunk without leaving any debris. Thank you.

We asked 4 companies to quote on removing a very large dying ash tree. Gray Tree Service was the first to get back to us and come look at the tree. Even though they quoted as the most expensive they came down on price to somewhat match the other quotes and since we liked their explanation of their removal process we went with them. They sent a large crew of 7 men that had all of the equipment with them. We had one company say they would have to come back later to remove large logs. They showed up on time and worked quickly and had the tree down and the stump ground down in about two hours. We would definitely recommend them to others.

He and his crew of 6 were punctual and worked hard. They rounded out the tree by cutting branches that were growing into my neighbor's yard and were devoid of sunlight. Gray Tree Service cleaned up the ground and mulched the branches and leaves in their machine. Very happy with their work. Would hire again.
