Tree removal went well. But in the process the gutter downspout next to one of the trees was damaged and needs to be repaired. They also needed to remove a couple of 20 year old healthy flowering hydrangeas. While those were replanted after being trampled by the men the hydrangeas shriveled and did not grow back.

First work appt - No Show, no call Second work appt - No Show, no call Third work appt. - Showed up with no notice and forgot what was requested on original visit (two months earlier.) Did work, but not as requested.

The job went well. They were efficient and professional and the tree looks great.

We were very pleased with the work done by Gray Tree. They were very professional and did a through and efficient job. They went above and beyond. They cleaned up as if they weren't even here . They even removed some old branches and twigs that were laying in the yard from a past storm. We will definately use them again in the future if the need arises.

Both times (2016 and 2017) trre removal was so thorough we can hardly tell that there were trees in those spots. Will use again, for tree maintenance.

I approached Gray Tree Service because I had a twenty-year-old Maple in my front yard that I had concerns about with the health of the tree and it needed to be trimmed. Rick from Gray Tree Service helped me by assessing the situation and reassuring me that there was no need to be concerned about the situation and a trim would help. The result was great, Rick and his crew went above and beyond my expectation and made sure I was completely satisfied. One thing I liked was their detail to service and addressing not only my concerns but my neighbor's concerns also about my tree growing over there yard!!! Excellent work. Followed our directions perfectly. Almost like having a new house. All debris was removed and decks, porches and walks were all cleared of twigs and leaves. Will definitely hire next time we need this sort of service. Best operation of this type we've ever used.

I hired Gray Tree Service a second time and I'm so glad I did. They did an outstanding job and are clearly very good at removing trees. They cut down and removed the stump of a pretty large tree in about 45 minutes. They did with a very big and very skilled team (probably around 8-10 guys), had 3 very big trucks, and just in general had everything they needed to get the job done correctly and quickly. Very impressive!

Excellent! The crew arrived on time, were very courteous. They obviously know their stuff by the way they took down this tree, didn’t damage any landscaping. Stumped the tree, cleaned up beautifully.
