Description of Work: Good service and well done. Cleaned up well after. Only minor complaint is that scheduling the visit took a little longer than I would have liked and it also required two trips. One to see if we qualified for the deal and the second to perform the work.

Description of Work: I bought 2 angie's list coupons for tree trimming. Everything went reallywell, and I was pleased with the service. They were prompt and efficient.I did have them give me a price later in the season for removing severallimbs that blew down in a storm. The price for that was $1,000. I did not use them for that because my landscapers cleaned it all up for about$250.

Description of Work: We purchased two $99.00 coupons for $200.00 worth of service. They did the review of the tree from the alley and showed up right on time on the day of the appointment. They were skiilled, professional and incredibly polite. Our kids loved watching all the action.My wife mentioned we were looking for a specific type of 5' tree (but dead since my wife is an artist) and a couple of months later, they dropped one off at our house at no charge as a follow up to her request. These guys know what service is all about!

Description of Work: I had three big trees in my front yard that need trimming. Gray Tree Service came at 8:00 a.m. and did the job with a crew of 8 and left at 10:00 a.m.. The job was quoted at $900 but I had $400 worth of Gray buck, so that the actual payment was $500. They did a nice job. Due to the volume of their work, it was a little slow in responding to get me the appointment. But it was a great job. They did it to the satisfaction of my wife!

Description of Work: I hired Gray Tree Service to remove a tree in my backyard and cut some branches overhanging. 5 men showed up and worked very hard and efficiently. They cleaned up all the debris. I was very happy with the way they worked. I would recommend them and if needed I would hire them again.

Description of Work: Purchased 2 -"Big Deals" for any tree service . Have a 25 year old Crab Apple that was the pefect candidate. With the ecconomy "Big Deal" was great timing. Contacted Rick Gardner and explained what I had that needed professional arborist work and that our budget won't allow add-on's. He said no problem and came out to discuss work. Said he'd call in a week or two with a day and time. Callled this AM and said crew would be in vicinity and could fit me in between 1 and 2. Crew showed up right on time and lead-person confirmed work to be done. Each member had their specific responsibilities to cover. They were all very friendly even with my minimal spanish words. Tree was shortened about 5' and narrowed about 4' in approx.1 and a half to 2 hours. 95% of work was hand, not chain saw. Thoroughly cleaned area better than I had it. All in their own way said good-bye or adios.

Description of Work: Trimmed 4 tress, two of which were against the house. I explained what I wanted done, and left it up to his crew to do the work . I was impressed , they trimmed all the branches and the larger cuts against the tree trunk were perfect cuts, nothing jagged.Communication was excellent, Rick said when the weather breaks he would call me with a date and time , and that is exactly what happened.

Description of Work: I contacted them to get a quote. They called me back and I promptly returned there call. Never got a call back. Followed up with another call to them, still did not get a call back.
