Description of Work: Yesterday we needed a leak under our utility sink fixed. Dahme sent a plumber within a couple hours to fix. Plumber was on site for less than an hour. Parts were about $50, labor was $90 and on call charge was $110. Total $250. The sink was fixed the right way but we feel charges were excessive and no estimate was given up front. Even though we asked. We will use another service next time. Dahme has been good to us before but this time we felt overcharged. We feel the charge should have been about $100 for labor plus parts about $150 total.

Description of Work: THE PLUMBER DID A VERY GOOD JOB IN REPAIRING THE PROBLEMS. WHEN CALL FOR APPOINTMENT AND ASK FOR THE HOURLY RATE THEY DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT ALL THE LITTLE EXTRA CHARGES LIKE 17.00 TRUCK CHARGE AND 20.00 EXTRA TO ROD DRAIN THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE HOURLY RATE. AND NO ITEMIZED PRICES FOR THE REPLACEMENT PARTS.
