I had never used Auto-Matic Sprinkler System, Inc before but was is need of someone to repair the sprinkler system. In 2009 A pipe had split and water was gushing from the pipe. Larry Pink came to our house in the fall and replaced the RPZ valve and connections and to do the fall blow out of the system. We moved away from Illinois that fall and because of the lousy housing market, decided to lease out the house. The RPZ valve and connecting pipes were left in the garage. There was a note on the apparatus not to throw it out and somehow the second tenant either misplaced it or threw it away or took it with them. I called Larry and he remembered me and exactly where the house was. I explained what I needed and he went to the house , the same afternoon and called me back with a quote. Within a few days he had the parts, re-did the piping and re-fit the valve. I couldn't have been happier with his service!!! The current Tenants have placed the valve in the basement by the water meter.....they know not to throw it away.

Left message requesting service, received call back within a couple of hours, and was scheduled within about three days. Price was the same or a bit lower than others and, unlike many others, Auto-Matic did not require that the winterization service be coupled with a spring start-up, which I typically do myself. Will use again.

They are very professional. I am very happy with them. Before they come to your house to come turn on your sprinkler system or turn it off they send you a formal letter letting you know. The customer service has been excellent.

The first time Auto-Matic Lawn Sprinkler System came the 2 young guys didn't do a thorough job and Larry, the owner had to come back and make it right. He actually came on the 4th of July around 6 AM and did the work. The business is great if you get Larry.

Larry called back minutes, after we left him a message. Came by the same day and efficiently winterized the sprinkler system.

The team is nice, trustworthy and flexible. They showed up on a chaotic day when my trees were being trimmed and my fence was being installed. They were happy to postpone their visit and return another day without hastle or additional fees.
