Overall it went well. We have used Auto-Matic before, and been satisfied with their work. They are punctual, professional, and know our sprinkler system well. They have been able to fix and perform any necessary upgrades in order for our sprinkler system to be functioning well.

Recently we improved our yard through enhanced soft and hard landscaping. When everything was completed we were most pleased until it became apparent that our existing irrigation system was completely inadequate. Needless to say it would have been nice to have been informed of this conundrum up front. We didn't know who to contact to assist with our irrigation problem. Inasmuch as irrigation systems are a blind item it was particularly important to us that an honest and competent irrigation specialist be found to help us out. We asked several neighbors for a recommendation and Auto-matic Lawn Sprinklers Inc. was mentioned on any number of occasions. And guess what, this was the best recommendation we could have hoped to receive. Mr. Larry Pink came to our residence and pointed out what might be salvaged and what needed replacement. Frankly, we were prepared to replace the existing irrigation system prior to this meeting. Once engaged our irrigation system was properly designed, improved and, what's more, completed expeditiously and at a more than fair cost. We highly recommend Auto-matic Lawn Sprinklers Inc. without hesitation. It's too bad all business enterprises didn't operate as effectively and efficiently at this company.

Auto-Matic Lawn Sprinklers came out in 3 days. They went over the situation with me and gave me two options for the best way to fix it. We took the first option and gave them the ok to go ahead to fix it. It took between 4 and 6 hours with 4 men. When they were done, we could not even notice where the work was done. They were very professional about everything they did. They showed us the zones that they fixed. It was one of the best jobs we ever had done. They cleaned up beautifully and were polite and answered all of my questions and even checked the rest of the system. I could not be more pleased. This company, by far is the best we ever had. 5 STARS IN MY MIND.

"I want to thank Angie's List for giving me the chance the respond to the above statement, as Mr. [Member Name Removed] is no longer our customer, I left him a message on Angies list that he is on our inactive list this year, as he was a no show for his blow out for 2019. Our crew was at his house once on 6/18/18, gave him 10% off his start up service, and some repairs at his house. During blow out season, I sent him a post card with the date we were coming and a 4 hour window. Our post card states, call us if can't make the date or time, & it can be changed. Also, reminded Mr. [Member Name Removed] few days before with a 2 hour window. On 10/4/18, our serviceman was at his house, no one answered the door. He called all phone numbers, rang bell, knocked on door, but still no answer. Also, came back a second time, no answer. This is considered a no show, I called him, & told him no one was home, left him a message on his cell, but still no call back. This year he sent us another Angie's list message in May, he needed his system turned on, & repairs from a new driveway he had put in, he must got angry when I let him know what happened last year in 2018, do the above statement is how he views our company, sad! After speaking with Angie's list supervisor, our company will finish our year with Angies list for 2019, but will no longer advertise with them. Sincerely, Sue"

I had a rain sensor that wasn't working for a long time, but wasn't aware of this until recently, when it still allowed the system to come on when it was pouring rain. I called Auto-Matic becaues I also needed to have my watering system shut down for the winter and mentioned the problem I was having with the rain sensor. I had the rain sensor for a number of years and it was out of warranty. Larry came out and replace my rain sensor at no charge. He didn't have to do this because it was out of warranty. I have been using Auto-Matic Lawn Sprinkler System for many years and have always been extremely happy with the work done and the friendliness of Larry and his workers. The work is professional and done correctly and the charges are very reasonable. It is important to me to know that I am getting good honest service that I can rely on. I have recommended Auto-Matic to many friends and neighbors. If you want good, honest, reliable service for your watering system, this is the company to call.

Auto-Matic Lawn and Sprinkler Systems was recommended to us. Larry Pink came to our residence the following day after we called. He investigated our circumstances and designed a remediation plan. We called other irrigation system companies for assistance and were told we have to wait three or four days for a representative to review our problem. Inasmuch as we found Larry to be punctual, forthright and very knowledgeable about our irrigation requirements we asked if his company could take care of our problem right away before we would lose a substantial amount of landscaping we had just planted. Larry gave us three options. The first option was the most expensive but was the best of the three other options. The second option wouldn't cover all the new landscaping and the third option would not cover much of the landscaping. We obviously took the first option which was the best choice for us. Not only was our problem addressed expeditiously but in a manner that can best be described as beyond expectation. We noted two and sometimes three men working on our project. The fellows were responsive, courteous and very neat. It's obvious why so many of our neighbors have engaged Auto-Matic Lawn and Sprinkler Systems for the irrigation needs. If all companies operated as competently and efficiently as this company, being a homeowner would be so much easier. In our opinion, this company sets the "gold standard" for irrigation service. It is without hesitation that we highly recommend Auto-Matic Lawn and Sprinkler Systems.

It went very smoothly. Larry and his employees were very accommodating and fixed everything. My sprinkler heads were crushed and cracked and when Larry and his guys came out they had everything looking brand new again. They did an outstanding job and cleaned up the yard after. We highly recommend auto-matic lawn sprinkler systems.

on September 5th automatic came out to revise my sprinkler system due to me getting new landscaping . Larry and his crew did a excellent job they had to replace all of my heads the job took about 6 hours to complete . the job when finished was a excellent job the service i received was outstanding in every way. i know my investment on my landscaping will be safe because of the job automatic did. They came out , check out my system. They said I got hit my a electrical surge. They put a new box in, found a broken water line a stuck valve, They showed me what they found. I did not know about the water line and valve. Great company. Fast, polite, and good prices .

The project went pretty much as planned. They came out evaluated at the existing system and determined what should be done. Then gave me a price. Then returned and performed the work as proposed.
