ARX COMPUTERS

Scott came to my home on a Saturday morning and reconfigured my home wireless network. He also gave me advice on how to keep it make changes on my own, in the future. He also gave me advice on my backup system. The services were completed in one hour. I will be using ARX Computers to keep my home computers up and running in the future.

The technician called me to let me know he was running a few minutes late. He was very knowledgeable. He suggested I add some RAM to my computer, as it was running on the minimum required. He showed me what to order and how to install it myself if I wanted.

A very positive experience with this company. He was prompt,courteous, and knowledgeable. He evaluate the problem and recommends solution prior to continuing with the service. Highly recommend and refered to my friends. Thanks Scott.

Allan was late for the appointment (1 and 30 mins) but called to notify us. I had service from ARX before but for some reason our Tech was not as good as Scott. I did not feel he tried enough to retrieved my data. I would probably shop around in the future.

Scott came to the house and ran diagnostics. He explained how he would attempt to recover data. He explained the cost of a new hard drive. The hard drive needed replacement. He loaded the computer with all requested software and hooked up two household computers with wireless service. He made suggestions for equipment to order and also gave guidance on parameters needed when purchasing a new computer.

Instead of coming out and charging he referred me to someone that could do the work.

Outstanding. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and fairly priced. Most of his home and small business work comes through word of mouth and positive references. Unlike some of the egotistical or condescending IT types out there today, Scott is someone you want when things go wrong. I am a repeat customer.

Scott was very responsive and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue almost immediately and then helped with another problem I had not planned to address, but it was included in the price.

I will definitely use ARX computers again!

HE GOT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PROBLEM. HE WILL GO TO EVERY LENGTH TO FIND OUT HOW TO HELP THE CUSTOMER. HE IS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, HE'S EDUCATIONAL, FUNNY, AND THE KIND OF PERSON YOU WANT WORKING ON YOUR COMPUTER BECAUSE HE SOLVES YOUR PROBLEMS.

I was impressed that Scott was able to correctly diagnose our problem over the phone by my description of what was happening. When he arrived, he came prepared with the new video card & went straight to work. Very efficient. Our computer is old, like a car with 200,000 miles on it as he put it. Quite honestly, since Scott's visit, it has never run better. Most of all, I appreciate that Scott spoke to me in plain English. This was a good experience. When we get our next computer, he'll be the person I'll call to set it up.

Scott is polite, punctual, knew what he was doing, fixed my problem quickly. His services were very reasonable.

SCOTT'S GREAT! HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. I KNOW JUST ENOUGH ABOUT COMPUTERS TO BE DANGEROUS & SCOTT WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY (MANY) QUESTIONS. SCOTT SET UP MY WIRELESS NETWORK IN NO TIME & SHOWED ME HOW TO MAKE IT AS SECURE AS POSSIBLE. THERE WAS A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH CONNECTING THE PRINTER TO MY LAPTOP BUT SCOTT WAS ABLE TO FIGURE OUT THE SOLUTION. BEST OF ALL, HE DOESN'T CHARGE FOR TRAVEL TIME.

ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS. GIVES WELCOMED TIPS/ADVICE AND TALKS ON THE SAME LEVEL AS CLIENT. HAVE COMPLETE CONFIDENCE AND TRUST IN ARX.

A+++++ ACROSS THE BOARD!! I CALLED SCOTT IN THE MORNING FOR AN APPOINTMENT; HE FIT ME IN THAT SAME EVENING! HE WAS QUICK, THOROUGH AND OBVIOUSLY KNOWS HIS STUFF. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW MUCH HE GOT DONE IN THE TIME HE WAS HERE. HIS PRICE WAS ALSO REALLY LOW COMPARED TO THE COMPANIES I CALLED. HE WILL DEFINITELY BE THE PERSON I CALL NEXT TIME I NEED COMPUTER HELP.

EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER, HE TOOK CONSIDERABLE TIME TO TALK TO ME AND EVEN OFFERED TO SEND ME HIS GUIDE TO BUYING A NEW COMPUTER. AFTER THIS AWESOME EXPERIENCE, I WOULD HIRE HIM IN A HEARTBEAT FOR ANY FUTURE COMPUTER PROBLEMS.

SCOTT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF IDENTIFYING AND FIXING THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. ALTHOUGH HE COULD NOT ARRIVE AT MY HOME AT THE APPOINTED TIME, HE CLEARLY CARED ENOUGH ABOUT MY BUSINESS TO KEEP ME APPRISED OF HIS PROGRESS. HE ALSO SUGGESTED AN ALTERNATIVE SO THAT THE REPAIR COULD STILL BE DONE THAT DAY. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICES AND WOULD USE HIM AGAIN, IF NECESSARY.

THEY WERE POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, ON-TIME, AND DELIVERED SERVICE AND PERFORMANCE AS PROMISED.

DUE TO OUR DISCUSSION, IT BECAME CLEAR THAT A NEW COMPUTER WAS MY SOLUTION RATHER THAN REPAIR. HE THEN FOLLWED UP WITH MAILED INFORMATION ABOUT ENHANCING PERFORMANCE OF THE COMPUTER AND A SHOPPING GUIDE FOR A NEW ONE. THE MATERIAL WAS EXCELLENT - THOROUGH, UNDERSTANDABLE AND WELL WRITTEN.

SCOTT WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND FAIR. HE WAS WILLING TO COME AT FLEXIBLE TIMES AND STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

OVERALL I FELT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HAD BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY WIRELESS NETWORK FOR MONTHS AND SCOTT WAS ABLE TO GET IT WORKING TO MY SATISFACTION. THERE WERE A FEW ISSUES THAT DELAYED THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB, BUT SCOTT WAS PUNCTUAL AND EVERYTHING IS WORKING WELL.

SCOTT WAS PROFESSIONAL, VERY RESPONSIVE AND EFFECTIVE. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE USING HIM AGAIN.

SCOTT DAVIDSON IS SKILLED AND EFFICIENT. HE IS ALSO DETERMINED TO MAKE THINGS WORK RIGHT. FINALLY, HE IS PERSONABLE AND AFFABLE AND HE IS PATIENT WITH HOUSEHOLD PETS WHO WANT TO SUPERVISE EVERYTHING!

I HAVE USED HIM FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS. PRICE IS PER HOUR. HE IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND SUCH A NICE YOUNG MAN. HE WILL ALSO TUTOR. HE WILL DO REPAIRS OR SETTING UP, IN YOUR HOME.
