Description of Work: They keep all critters out of my house. They did a general house spray and he is very affordable. He is coming back to get get rid of an ant hill for me.

Description of Work: Fantastic service. I needed to have a wasp nest, possibly two, eradicated from my second floor dormers. It was urgent because I had exterior house painters scheduled for the following week. Dave responded to my call immediately and came out two days later. The wasps are gone. I would recommend his firm to anyone and will call him if I have any future problems. His price included a one-year guarantee.

I asked that the Technician call me when he was at the house with his evaluation of what was needed, what he was going to do and what I was to expect from the service he was providing. Description of Work: Ace Pest Control came to take care of a foundation ant problem.

Description of Work: I was able to get a hold of Joe and set an appointment within a week of the call (and he was able to accomodate my evenings schedule). When he arrived he assessed the situation, made a determination and began work. The ants were gone for about a month and as he informed me, they did come back. As promised, he returned within a day of my subsequent call and sprayed one more time and if the ants did return he was able to come back (free of charge) a third time.

Description of Work: They treated the baseboards on the first and second floors with spray and injected dust products to combat a carpenter ant issue.

Description of Work: They come out since we had an ants nest on the side of the house. We had them come out to spray. Dave is a really funny guy and he is social. He sprayed for the ants and we did not see them for about 2-3 days and then it rained. We then saw them again and I called Dave to come back out and he used a gel substance instead of spraying and we have not seen any since.

Description of Work: Sprayed inside and outside of the house for insects and spiders. We live in a wooded area and it has been a bad year for creepy-crawlies.

Description of Work: David talked to me over the phone and described what he would do. We had small brown ants in our kitchen and family room. He explained that his chemicals wouldn't be harmful to pets or children. We got 2 quotes from 2 companies and decided to go with Ace. Once here, David was very friendly and informative. He sprayed for the ants and did a few extras for me. I explained we might have mice. He inspected, put baits out, and then said call in 2 weeks. On the way out, (an afterthought) he sprayed a wasp nest too. The ants were gone immediately. Total bill at the end was $120. The ants did come back a couple weeks later, after a tremendous rainstorm. I called David again and he came back, cheerfully, sprayed again, and we have no ants. No mice either.

Description of Work: On July 8, 2008, David came out and sprayed the interior of our 4,000 sq. ft home for insects, including the basement and 3 car garage. He then sprayed around the whole exterior at the foundation line. He also checked the mouse box traps in the garage and basement. We live on a wooded lot in Barrington and our house backs to wooded wetlands so periodically we have a problem with critters trying to come in from the cold, and also with spiders, earwigs, and centipedes looking for a new home. We have called David many times over the last 12 years and he always returns calls within 10 or 15 minutes and comes out right away. Price has often been less than this example.
