Great.David was responsive and effective.

He treated them, but two days later, there was one new gash in the railing. Dave came out immediately and took care of that with no extra charge. Three years ago, I used Ace for carpenter ants in my family room. He did a great job on that. The following year, I had carpenter ants in the opposite wall and he eliminated those. Dave knows his stuff and I would recommend him highly.

Sprayed and ants did not return. Thought it was a bit pricey for the time spent (12 minutes).

Started well on initial visit. Still had ants he returned one time. Ant continued, I called to speak to him no response waited two days called again and no response still have not heard from him would not recommend will not use them again.Very sad when you have a customer and you cannot even return a call .

Great customer service. I contacted Ace Pest Control on Saturday afternoon, not expecting a call until Monday. They got back to me on Sunday and by they were out at my house by Tuesday and a few minutes early. I was happy with the price and level of knowledge. I will be using this company again.

While I cant yet speak to the final results of the svc provided, I can say that David was very prompt in returning phone calls and professional in honoring our appt time. When he was running late, he called in advance to suggest a later time and then arrived early before the later scheduled time. He was very pleasant and energetic in wanting to hear about and address our pest issues. He explained what he was going to do, recommended some options (even explaining more humane ways of removing the pests), and didnt really try to panic/ oversell us a plan like Terminix always tries to do with a less than thorough job. Terminix was our former svc provider, and we hated their subscription svc. David did more for us in this one visit than Terminix ever did for us on any one of their visits. Having said all this, we'll see how the rest of the year goes and hopefully the mouse/mice will pack their bags! Thanks, David!

Dave was very responsive, returning my call within five minutes and he was able to come to our house the following day. After looking at the hole in the timber, he confirmed my suspicion that carpenter bees had started to make a nest in the wood. In addition to applying the pesticide, Dave was very informative about carpenter bees and their habits. If we have any pest problems in the future, I will mostly certainly call Ace Pest Control right away. Dave was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend Ace Pest Control to anyone who needs to get rid of bees and other pests.

David is an extremely agreeable person to do business with, he is prompt, courteous and efficient. He did everything he said he would and even visited our home a fourth time to just check everything was ok. Would certainly use his company again if the need arose, highly recommended.

It went really well. Dave came out, sprayed and was done before I knew it.

It went great. Dave came out once, and actually came back a second and a third time to review the progress of the work he did on his previous visits.. There was no extra charge for the additional visits and we will definitely use him again next year. These wasps appear on an annual basis and it is likely that we will need an additional year of treatments to destroy the nests that have been left buried deeply in the ground.

He hasn't called me back. I don't understand why. I've used him before. I've emailed, text, and called him on all the numbers I have and no response.

In retrospect, I'm not sure the service was more than we could do ourselves...but we didn't know that.

Dave answered a very early morning call after we woke up to find mice in our kitchen. He came out a couple hours later and was able to capture the entire family that had somehow gotten into our home. He removed the mice, put out poison, and then sprayed the entire home for bugs. Included in the cost was him returning to our house a few weeks later to plug up holes on the outside of the house so mice couldn't get in. Would highly recommend him. Great service, great price.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went well. They were very efficient on emailing me their availability to come out and conduct the service. When they conducted the service it was all external so they let me know they were here. They were able to conduct the services pretty quickly and it worked out well. Their treatment stopped the ants from coming in.

Ace Pest Control arrived right on time and completed the job. When ants continued to appear in my kitchen, I called Ace again. They came to spray again the next day. I haven't seen an ant since then.

He was the most affordable, and did a great job. He was on time. The yellow jackets have not been back. He was able to do this and it not affect my pets, and he guaranteed that. I am very absolutely. He guaranteed his service as well.

Dave, the owner, came over for an estimate on September 12. He explained the carpenter ant problem thoroughly and how he would treat them. He had to order the chemicals, so I had to wait until the following Monday for the extermination. He actually showed up early and took about 1-1/2 hours to do the job. He explained that the ants would slowly disappear and should be totally gone within two weeks. This is day nine. When Dave began treatment, we were seeing 30 or more ants per day. Yesterday it was 4, today only one so far. Dave promised to call next monday and if we still had some ants, he would come back and retreat, for no extra charge, Dave was terrific.

They did great work. After their first spraying, we found some carpenter ants. They came out and looked at the ants. They did not find a large issues, did some work and only charged a nominal fee. They are honest and do not charge for unnecesary service and we were happy with their service.

Dave & Pat showed up right on time and were very knowledgable and efficient.

Everything was straight forward and professional ... from David quoting the job to coming on time and doing it.
