I had The Flooring Ninja replace the flooring in my living room, kitchen, and hallway areas of my 2 br condo. He responded to my initial emails for an estimate quickly, and was able to come out for an estimate within days. I received one other estimate, and both prices were comparable. Roman was able to help me pick out the best flooring for my current needs, and was even able to get a good deal for me! They were able to deliver the materials, and install for me within the next few weeks. There was communication every step of the way, which was important to me as I was at work most of the time and couldn't be home. Roman was also very sure to comply with my associations rules with construction. Roman and his team take great pride in their work and it shows! My floor looks great and I would recommend him to anyone looking to update their homes.

The service was just excellent. I found www.theflooringninja.com while googling. He took an appointment to visit and provide estimate. He was on time and gave me all the options and his opinions on what materials, what shade and the prices each option would cost. I did my own homework after to check online and also at the stores. His estimates on materials were true and his labor charges were very competitive with few other installers I got quotes from. I wanted the work to be done in a short notice and he accommodated it, working on weekends and some late evenings. Before the install, whenever I needed some clarification, he was always responsive and helped me make right choices on colors, etc. During the install, he showed up to work punctually each day, was very professional at work. He paid very careful attention to details and each day, my kitchen transformed into a beautiful place. I inspected every detail and could hardly find any flaws. As the work progressed, he explained how the floor should be maintained for longer duration. The main key was his prices were very competitive compared to 3 other quotes I got. As a person, he has passion for his work and feel he is energetic and has sharp focus on customer satisfaction. It is hard to find such dedication in the industry now-a-days. When a piece of material did not match perfectly, he went of his way to drive to store far away and got the right match. That is "Customer excitement" in my book. I strongly recommend his services and would be happy to be his reference in the future.

The Flooring Ninja was wonderful!!!! We orginally called Roman to refinish our floors. After finding out they were engineered we decided to tear out the floors and install hardwood. Roman provided excellent guidance and direction with coloring. We received excellent product and service from him and his friendly team. They arrived daily and worked extremly hard all day and their workmanship to put it simply was OUTSTANDING!!!! Roman is a perfectionist and went over and above. All the hard work they did and it looks amazing. I could not be happier with our choice of not only using The Flooring Ninja but his direction and guiding us to make the best choice. Roman and his team are great to work with. Very friendly and helpful. As I have mentioned their workmanship was some of the best I have seen. They really take the time to do it perfect not to just do it and the quality shows!!! All the extra details they paid attention to from the coloring staining the vents to the stainling of the trim to match our cabinets could not be beat! I have already reccomeneded their services to several others and highly reccomend his services to anyone. You will get great customer service, awesome quality and a beautiful floor. Each day I keep looking at my new floors and smile.... simply beautiful!!
