Description of Work: I had them check out and clean my furnaces. There was a problem w/ my Aprilair unit that did not get fixed because the workman did not have the part. I got busy and did not follow up.

Description of Work: Had them out for a check up via a big deal last year and they were prompt and efficient. In October my furnace stopped producing hot air. They came promptly and determined the problem to be a bad ignitor. They replaced it and we had heat again within an hour or so. He also said that the furnace was not in great shape (something I knew as I had replaced the heat exchanger a few years back). A few weeks later, the heat was gone again. They came out very quickly once they knew that I did not have heat. It was over the Thanksgiving weekend, but they gave me some quotes on Friday and by Saturday at 8 am they arrived to begin the work. They had to create an additional exhaust outside. They were very professional, friendly and got the job done by early afternoon. They credited me for the earlier work in October. I would definitely use them again; as well as recommend them to others! They were great!

+ -1 moreAlan the owner provided a detailed bid. The installers followed that exactly. There were no surprises on the install. However we were told we would get a $1250 rebate when paper work came. We have email proof for this. However, the rebate was up to $1250. All our correspondence with Temporal said it was $1250 and not up to. I suggest one might make sure about rebate from the carrier.
