I contacted Kevin based on a recommendation from Bill Jenkins, of Keyboard Services . Bill could not do the move for us. Kevin quoted us a ridiculously LOW prices, compared to all the other movers I spoke with. He came exactly when he said he would and moved the upright grand like it was nothing! Everything went very smoothly...beyond my expectations. His crew was very courteous, they even voluntarily swept the dust off the back panel of the piano while it was in my driveway. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Thanks, guys!

I called Kevin's and gave him to and from address, what floors and type of piano. He gave me an estimate of $250. I called back a few weeks later and scheduled a time. The move from the truck to the house was less than 10 minutes. 3 guys using a small dolly and a couple ramps. I felt they did a great job and I never felt any worries. Very professional and excellent price for a quality service. I would definately use them again and I've recommended them to others.

These people were unbelievable. It was an almost impossible move because of the beam overhang going down the basement stairs. Thyey kept at it, rethought the angles and moves several times and ultimately were successful - not a mark on any wall or stair! I wish every contractor was this careful.

After I called Kevin for the quote he got back to me within a day. He was so helpful with setting up the arrangements and very friendly. Since the move was from Wisconsin, I was concerned on how it would be handled and the cost, but Kevin's team was amazing and very cost competitive for the type of move. The guys that arrived were very nice to my parents, and the piano was delivered safe and perfectly sound to us in Palatine. They gave me some great advice on moving and that was it. They were done in 15 minutes, I was impressed. We will definitely use them again when we need to move the piano again (which hopefully won't be for a while :)

Kevin and his crew were great - they did point out the turn but they said that they could complete the move. They arrived on time, they did not disrupt the home of the seller, and they moved the paino into my basement as I requested. The price was very competitive and Kevin and his crew were great to work with. I was really surpised at how painless the move was... they were great firm to work with

They worked with me on a moving day that worked for me and delivered it right one time. The move was more difficult than first thought but they handled it professionally and the price was more than fair. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a piano mover.

They did a great job and I highly recommend them. The piano was successfully moved and it didn't cost $300+ like some other companies wanted to charge. This is the 2nd time I've used them and will continue to use them if the need arises in the future.

Kevin was referred to me by my mother in law, who is a piano instructor and has had several piano's moved around. It all went very smoothly. They were on time and professional. They seemed to communicate with each other very well during the move, constantly speaking about how much room each of them had and the next step they were going to take. This seemed like such an important thing to do since they were moving some very heavy and important items. I was very impressed by this. They even made repairs to parts of the piano base, they they discovered while moving it (with no added charge.) I was very happy with their service and would use them again without hesitation.

I spoke with Kevin on the phone a couple of times. We set-up a time for him to move a piano from the suburbs into the city. He was to contact me via phone the morning of the move so I could have someone meet him in the suburbs where the piano was. The day came and went; no phone call from Kevin. I tried contacting the company via phone several times that day; no reply. I left a couple of messages asking Kevin to contact me to figure out what happened; no reply. Obviously this guy doesn't want my money.

Kevin gave me a quote and arranged pick up with the seller. He arrived at my house with the piano on time and was very friendly and professional. He made sure it was in the right position (not on the rug) and he helped me adjust the legs so it was even. He also gave me recommendations for piano tuners. Overall I was very pleased.

Kevin was very responsive, arrived on time and completed the work without any issues. I did think the price was a bit high since the piano was being moved from room to room on the same floor.

Outstanding. This service came recommended by two friends who had Grand Pianos moved. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about pianos. He is extremely careful and smart about how to move heavy objects. He has a knowledge of pianos and their workings. He and his partner have this service down to a science.
