We had a date and time booked for 8/8 between 9am-11am. I called the office twice at 1130 to confirm that someone was coming to load our piano. Finally at 230pm I got a call that they were 30 mins out. By this time I had already found someone else to get this job done. When I mentioned that the job was complete, all I got was a "no worries" and a hang up. No apology. No we were running late. Nothing. I would have waited, however, I drove all the way from Colorado, rented a trailer, and was leaving at 6am the next day. Having not heard anything back I was panicked that this wouldn't get done and I would have wasted the trip and the rental money. I understand things happen and sometimes things get behind, however, a courtesy call to say things were running very late would have gone miles to ease the stress and anxiety. I'm very thankful I was able to find a mover close by who had a couple guys available to help last minute. Customer service is key. A phone call could have avoided all this.

Easy and right on time. Booked it only two days out. Guys seems careful and were very experienced in how to pack and move a 5'-8" grand. Only one was wearing a mask, though, so that could have been better.

Kevin's Piano did a terrific job moving our grand piano. They arrived on time, were quick, courteous and very careful. The piano was out of our house and on the truck in under 15 minutes. When we arrived at the new location, the team realized that the wet grass meant that they needed to reschedule and bring additional personnel. We were glad that they didn't try to roll a 600+ lb piano down a slippery hill! They put the piano back on the truck, stored it at their climate controlled facility and came back a few days later on a sunny day with extra men. I was very pleased with the care and agility they demonstrated to get our piano down a big hill and into our ground level living room.

Very professional. They were timely. Ramps were carefully lined up and piano was taken out with no damage on either end. Most reasonably priced too.

It was a pleasure working with Kevin. I was able to get an estimate and arrange the move over email (which I appreciate), and he was very helpful and friendly. He accommodated my schedule nicely. The guys are skilled professionals, moved the piano gently and gracefully. If you like your piano, I highly recommend them.

Picked up within window provided, called to let me know when they would arrive to drop off. The piano that this piano was replacing was still here, waiting to be picked up, so they moved it out of the way for us. Quick, pleasant and professional.

I was very impressed by Kevin's Piano Moving Inc. He sent a team of three to move my full upright piano. They called 20 minutes before they arrived. They were great at communicating. They outlined the disassembly and move prior to starting. Phil, Alan, and Justin (one of Kevin's team of movers) were great at handling the move. They did an absolutely amazing job. It was a very tight and difficult move up two flights of stairs, but they kept me informed throughout the whole process and didn't damage anything. They were very professional and showed a great deal of skill in navigating the move. The price was very fair and I was amazed by how quickly and smoothly the move went. I would definitely recommend Kevin's Piano Moving and will use them if I ever need to move a piano again.

I contacted Kevin's piano moving service on Monday, November 23rd and left a message. I got a phone call back on Tuesday, November 24 at 3 PM. Kevin, mentioned that they could do it on Wednesday, November 25, pick up between 9-11 and drop off between 10-12. Perfect, I thought! I told him I needed to check that I could get people in place at the locations in that time and I would call him back. He was calling from his cell phone, and I asked him where I should call him back, his cell or the office phone. He told me the office phone and assured me that he would be checking his messages even though he was on the road. He told me he didn't want me to call his cell because he may not have service where he was going. Within a very short amount of time (less than a half hour), I left a message on the office answering machine stating that we would like to do the piano move on Wednesday, November 25 as we had discussed. I asked for a call back. I called two more times Tuesday evening, never receiving a return call. Because the piano is something we really needed to move, we assumed that it was going to happen, and had people in place for the piano pickup and the piano delivery. When we still haven't heard anything by 9 AM, I gave up and called his cell phone. Kevin was totally confused. He said he was off due to the holiday, and had already scheduled the moves for today. I told him I left him messages on his office phone, and he said no I told you to leave it on my cell phone. I know this is not what he said because he mentioned the possible lack of service for his cell phone. I realize the timing was short, and right before a holiday. But if somebody says they can do something, I expect them to follow through and remember what they had said to a customer.

It went great! Very communicative, notified me days in advance and 15 minutes of arriving with delivery. Wanted pictures in advance to accurately price the job. Very efficient team of 3 that even gave me a recommendation for a piano tuner of vintage upright player pianos. Would use them again!

Excellent service and great price. They were prompt, very careful and professional. I was so happy I found them and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a piano moved.

Initially emailed pics and a description of the move to Kevin on a Saturday night. Got a price quote back on Sunday morning. Took a couple more emails back and forth and a phone call several days later to get the move scheduled. Turns out Kevin was on vacation that week, hence the delay. I suggest you just call, don't bother with email. Move was scheduled for a 9 am to 11 am time slot. Received a call shortly after 9 am saying the crew was on their way and the piano was picked up shortly thereafter. Pickup took under 10 minutes. Crew informed that they had two stops to make first and then would deliver the piano. A little after noon (pickup spot and dropoff spot are about 30 mins apart), I called Kevin to find out about the delivery and left a message. About 15 mins later I received a call back that the crew had encountered an unexpected flight of stairs on a previous stop and would be there about 1 pm. Right around 1 pm, crew arrived and moved in the piano in about 10 minutes. They spent a little extra time placing the piano in caster cups for me and departed.

This was a very difficult move with many stairs and tight turns. The crew (lead by Justin) moved our Yamaha studio piano down 8 stairs at my son's home and then up three flights of stairs into my daughter's home. The piano was picked up and delivered on time as promised and the crew was nothing short of impressive. Not only were they courteous to us but they were respectful and friendly with each other. My family is thankful for their service.

My son's neighbor, two blocks away, was moving and had a small piano sitting in his driveway. My son, who was looking for such a piano for his children (10 and 8), asked if the neighbor would like to sell it. "If you can arrange to have it moved in the next 24 hours you can have it for free," said the neighbor. So I consulted Angie's List and found Kevin's Piano Moving Inc., a company with multiple glowing customer reviews. I called them late Tuesday afternoon and they agreed to come by at 2 p.m. Wednesday. They were punctual, professional and friendly, transporting it by truck to my son's home and carefully moving it into the living room while protecting the front door and the wood floor. They accommodated our deadline and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Kevin's crew did a fantastic job. They are very professional and genuinely nice people. They most certainly know what they are doing and have the right equipment and know how for moving pianos. I will use these guys every time I need a piano moved!
