Description of Work: I had a piano moved from the city to far northern IL. Kevin was very professional every time I spoke with him. I always got voicemail when I called, but he called back promptly each time. His rate was extremely reasonable, compared to other quotes I received. He and his co-worker were on time for both the pick up and the delivery and kept in contact with me continually throughout the process. They had the piano in place and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Excellent work, excellent price.

Description of Work: I called and received a quote for service, which was the better price of the quotes I received. However, when I called back to schedule the move (at least twice), I never received a return call. I went with the other mover (and had a good experience), so apparently Kevin's did not want my business.

Description of Work: I contacted Kevin of Kevin's piano movers and he returned my call promptly - gave me a quote and we set up a date. Kevin gave me a two hour window of time that they would arrive. He called about 20 minutes before arrival. He and his two helpers came in and very quickly took the piano from the third floor of a condo building and delivered it to a home about six miles away. It was done within less than an hour. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and fast. I would recommend them.
