Description of Work: Jordan was recommended to me from a friend. It was the dead of winter with deep snow on the ground and he placed scaffolding outside to replace a 2nd floor window. He also replaced and sealed an outside vent that leads from my 1/2 bath on our first floor. Birds had gotten into the duct work and made a complete mess with nests and feces. Jordan opened up the drywall, cleaned out the mess, replaced the drywall and put a new vent on the outside that birds can no longer enter. He also installed an undercounter LED light strip in our kitchen--which my wife loves! Lastly, he put a new dryer vent opening through our outside wall in the laundry room. We are extremely happy with the service that Jordan provided us. We already have some more work lined up with him. He was trustworthy, polite, and did a nice job for us.

Description of Work: I had an old damaged redwood deck that needed to be replaced. I was happy with the estimate provided and even happier when Jordan provided a 5% discount based on his Angie's List Ad that I did not see when I first hired him for the job. I changed the design of the original deck and Jordan built it exactly to what I had visioned.

Description of Work: Jordan demolished and remodeled our entire home. He took our entire house down almost all the way to the original studs. Jordan was profession through the process (bar a couple of minor incidents). Our original budget was $300,000 with of course 10% set aside for any incidentals that would arise. He came in very close to budget (it of course helps as he used our old Kitchen cabinets and re-stained them) at $350k. From start to finish the entire project took about 8 months. The one thing I can say about his work is that he is very reasonable when it comes to pricing and compromise. I however was told from the start that he focuses on all the little details. To my dismay, once I moved in, there were so many little things (mind you minor) that just irked me. And the fact that he still had people working at the house weeks after I've moved in was not ideal either. I'm not going to list all the little details, however some of them were uneven painting throughout the house, screen doors installed incorrectly, leaks in my master bed vanity (just recently discovered), door to the master bath does not close tightly, etc (all in all, I would not have been so disappointed if he had not mentioned the attention to detail and then completely failed on it).

Description of Work: This project included fencing and a deck, all on a hill. The fencing was redwood and the deck was a combination of composite decking with redwood railing. Some incidental projects came up as he worked (things we added) and he accommodated our requests without complaint and completed them to our satisfaction (concrete work, additional fencing) .

Description of Work: Demolition of wood deck and perimeter fence. In it's place, constructed new: slate tile covered deck and stars, built-in cement/slate planters, flagstone patio custom waterfall and pond, retaining wall, and new perimeter custom fence.
