Countryside Plumbing Sewer & Septic

We had an aerobic septic system installed. Jordan was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and informative and continues to be even after job completion. He made working with the county departments painless. The project was completed sooner than expected (we could use toilets!). He told us the truth about what our yard would look like during and after the job. Despite this, he managed to do a wonderful job working around a tree and flowers which was no easy task! He also connected us to a great concrete guy to create a patio over where the old tank was. We have already recommended Countryside Plumbing to our neighbors.

They were great! So helpful and took the time to troubleshoot through the Angie's List messenger. They responded right away and kept the conversation going till we figured it out.

We couldn't tell what the problem was. Countryside came out quickly, determined what the problem was and fixed it quickly. They also realized that it wasn't the more expensive repair and let me know that. Very honest and professional.

Jordan showed up on time. He took some time to test the problem. Gave me an estimate and time. He finished in a little under the time estimated and everything is good. Very satisfied with the job.

The project went extremely well. Jordan, the owner was very flexible in accommodating our schedule as were not able to spend a "normal summer" at our lake house due to illness in the family. He was able to coordinate a quick estimate and an even quicker remediation within our timeline which included a visit, review of work, and approval by a city inspector. He and his staff were on time, respectful and extremely professional. He was quite honest in providing the two viable options and the pros and cons of each. I think the only reason we viewed pricing as good is because once work was initiated, the full extent of the problem was realized which required significantly more time and work, which while certainly necessary, was a bit of a surprise. It should be noted that given the fact that the work was already started (meaning what both we and Jordan thought was a fairly severely plugged toilet drain), and given the fact we wished to have the problem resolved quickly and within our schedule, someone with less integrity than Jordan could have charged higher pricing on the change order given the circumstances. Given the quality of his work, his professionalism and integrity, we would certainly be confident in utilizing his company in the future. We are happy to recommend Jordan and his company. You will find him to a very hard working young man who handles much of the work himself and is always onsite during the project. He has an engaging personality and can accurately discuss projects to laymen in a very understandable and honest manner.

It was a very big job, the original pit had been installed into the concrete basement floor, and he had to jackhammer the pit out. He had showed us where it was cracked and needed to be replaced so I knew it had to be done. It took less time than he had predicted, but it still was a day and a half. I am confident the job was done correctly this time!

JFHP did a great job on our bathroom remodel. The crew was professional, and knowledgeable. Johnson is an ideal contractor, and we were relieved that he was able to help us stay within our budget. Jordan and team exceeded my expectations, and was able to help us deal with an extremely stressful situation (septic water damage), which put us out of our house for a few weeks. He constantly communicated with my wife and I, and also provided recommendations for ways to help prevent something like this happening again. We will be hiring him to help us redo our basement, all season room, and stamped concrete or brick paver patio. Jordan is 1st most concerned with customer satisfaction, and doesn't over/undercharge. I contacted about 10 contractors and Jordan's approach was far and away the best approach for us. We needed a professional who could help with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and organizing the work that needed to be done. One day he even helped when our furnace went out (unrelated to his work -- we hired hvac cleaning company that made a mistake), without hesitation, Jordan stepped in and started troubleshooting as he was concerned that we wouldn't have heat with temps in the 30s. Fantastic company to work with.

I am greatly pleased with the work Johnson Fine Homes did for me. They were a little pricey (although not the highest quote I received for the job), but the repairs they performed were extensive, and the quality of their work was top notch. I actually had a similar problem with a hot water line at a house I lived in a few years ago. Unlike the company I used for that job, Johnson Fine Homes did all of the work (including the plumbing) without involving a bunch of subcontractors. JFH also kept the areas they were working in very clean, and when I would return home from work, I didn't come home to a mess and a lot of dust like I have in the past when other companies (who I will refrain from naming) performed repairs and renovations to my home. JFH also performed the work on schedule!!! I am already considering hiring them again to do a long overdue remodel of the master bathroom in my home. If you're like me, and you take pride in your home, do yourself a favor and get a quote from Johnson Fine Homes, because they take pride in their work.

All of Ryan's communications were timely, and he had a great eye for detail and design, thinking the plan through carefully to provide options for the future. His crew was punctual and respectful, and professional. While he is not the cheapest contractor out there as others have said, you get what you pay for no doubt

Jordan and his team were pleasant and courteous. They worked through the coldest weather of the winter yet. The deck is complete and very sturdy. They were on time to start the work. They made repairs to siding that was damaged during demo and left the work site clean. The deck is great and they put the grill up on it so we can use it in the winter.

They were busy with other jobs, but knew our need for the deck to be complete and made it happen for us. There was a bit of rain to deal with as well but they did not allow that to slow them down. They were also happy to make changes for us so that we were pleased with detail work at the finish. Four guys worked on our deck at different times and they were all pleasant and respectful of our property. Would recommend them to our friends.

He came out right away when I called. Gave me a quote right away and followed through on his timing commitments to us. The deck looks great. He also made any changes that I asked for without any complaints and took care of things right away. Very easy to work with. Showed pride in the results.

Very well. He gave us the best estimate of 3 companies. Appeared for work when he said he was going to and finished the job with no interruptions, even working in the rain. Result: a beautiful new deck. Jordan Johnson, owner, is highly responsible and an excellent carpenter. I would certainly hire him again.

Johnson Fine Homes did a good job. He worked to save me money and gave good advice. Difficult work environment because houses were close together.

I called Jordan to discuss the costs and logistics of adding a deck to a home that I was interested in buying. He recommended I get in touch with an architect as one would need drawings and engineering plans. He was extremely helpful and provided useful information.

This was by far the best experience we've had with any construction contractor. They were there when they were suppose to and cleaned up every night before leaving. Jordan was very responsive to suggestion and questions we had along the way and made some excellent suggestions that we adopted. We were very pleased with the results.

Well... He made assumptions about my ability to fund my project and basically turned down any negotiations. Basically cut and ran before discussing details. I am very unhappy with his ability to discuss items but am grateful I did not hire him.

The work went well. Jordan did an excellent job with the concrete and wood work. The job did take a bit longer than originally scheduled. We were delayed getting the color for the concrete, which caused the final part of the job (the Trellis construction) to run into Jordan's planned 2-week vacation, pushing the project to 10 weeks from the original 5-6 week estimate.
