Description of Work: I have called All-Clear a few times in the last 7 years. Their prices can't be beat. Also, they are very quick to come out. Three years ago I got a new sump pump installed. Tristan was the technician. He is very good and honest. A year later, in 2014, we had a problem with our sump pump. The man who came out told my husband that the issue wasn't covered under the warranty. My husband stood his ground and the technician fixed the issue without us coming out of pocket.

Description of Work: Rod out main sewer line. They had to come out twice due to a power outage in our area that happened while they were in route to our house. They were very courteous and helpful.

Description of Work: replaced broken sewer pipe and floor drain. Had to dig an enormous hole and trench to retrieve broken pieces and replace with new pvc. Passed inspection

Description of Work: Came out to power rod my main sewer line. Told my wife they were unable to power rod my main line and said they can try hydro-jetting the main line with water. Gave the ok at a cost of $470.00 as opposed to a $70 power rod that they couldn't do. The line was cleared and they put a camera in the line and it was clear so the job was complete at a much higher price. After talking to other plumbers, they couldn't believe that a line could not be power rodded. This line was power rodded in the past. I felt I was taking advantage of for the higher priced service. Also gave me an estimate to replace a floor drain for $2,500. Got another estimate for the same floor drain for $800 from another plumber. Big difference. They also recommended other work for thousands of dollars that other plumbers said I didn't need. That's why I gave them a low grade.

Description of Work: Called All Clear on a Sunday morning because of a sewer back up. They were out within an hour, explained everything very clearly, we're very professional and had everything running again within an hour. And I thought the price was very reasonable!!

Description of Work: I have an small business and we were getting a "sulpher" odor for a week or so. Our sewage system was backup up. They came the same day, explained everything well, and did a complete job. I would hire them again. The $700 was because they had to come out a 2nd day with advanced sewer router to get all the way to the municipal sewer.

Description of Work: I called and asked them to come the same day. First they used a video camera to look for leaks in the sewer pipe. It showed a large number of roots. They routed it with increasingly large cutters and then checked the video again. When it wasn't right, they added more cable and routed again. They did an very good job and the price was excellent.
