Somewhat good, somewhat not so good. They came on time, they did a good job. They showed us some, they told us the roads are fine, they let us see the camera. Some of them not so friendly. They could be more friendly and tell us if there is a problem and show us how it looks through camera. Price was fair I think, its good. I haven't called anybody else, I don't have anything to compare it to. They're okay, they come on time. When they come in, I like them to use the shoe cover and when I look at them they take their shoes off.

This is the 3rd time I have hired them because they were familiar with the houses/sewer problem of houses in my neighborhood, Hanover Park. They knew what they were doing/how to do the work correctly. Line was unclogged A-OK after work performed. "Also Recommended installation of a full size cleanout to properly maintenance Sewer" per invoice, and gave me a quote for this work (which I thought was quite reasonable but not in my budget just now).

we expected rodding out,but they rerouted drain from catch basin to main sewer line. they also recommended more work. we had second opinion and were told this work wasn't needed.

They were on time. Although they honored the coupon, they did not agree to many other things mentioned on the coupon such as guarantee on the work done, csmera viewing, etc. They negated all these with the clause 'in most cases. Conditions apply'. Total time the 2 guys were present and finished up the work - under 30 minutes.

Cesar and his crew were the best. They were on time, professional and very helpful. I would definitely hire them again.

Not too well. Overcharged, and bad service.

Service was way below the level I expected and they charged me more than what I was quoted on the phone. Their effort was focused more on getting more charges from me rather than performing what they were supposed to do. They never used any camera to show me how the sewer was looking before and after.

Took several hours to pound through foundation, dig out old clay sewer line and replace with new PVC. All Clear does a lot of work in Des Plaines and we got a speedy inspection (and permit).

Guys were prompt and professional. No mess, honest and thorough. Worth twice what they asked for!

All in all it went well. Solid recommendations, Good work. It would have been nice if he'd taken on some of the cleaning but I imagine that's probably not considered an expected value add when someone calls for a clogged pipe.

Our kitchen drain clogged on a Saturday evening and I broke a pipe trying to remove the cleanout plug. They were very punctual and professional and did the work on time and within the estimate. They also had an excellent suggestion for future reworking of the drain system to prevent this from happening in the future. We will invite All Clear to bid on this work in the summer.

Awesome service from Matt and his coworker. They were fast and provide useful information every step of the repair.

The outside main sewer line under the street had collapsed and the village was responsible to fix. However, I had four feet of water in my subbasement and All Clear cleaned out the house's entire outside parameter and installed a release valve for any future problems. Naturally, I did not expect this type of problem but All Clear solved my ongoing flooding problem. You can trust this company.

They came over and rodded it, and solved our problem. They are almost $200 cheaper (using a coupon) than our other plumber to rod pipes and the plumber who came out was friendly. I was pleased with the company and will probably continue to use them.

Excellent service, recommended further treatment than rodding but I did not in any way feel I was being given a sales pitch or pressured. Had additional service performed immediately. Did not charge for original rodding. I would not hesitate to use All Clear again or recommend to a friend.

Matt and his assistant showed up promptly to unclog the drain. He noticed the P-trap was badly corroded and gave me an upfront estimate of $200. He was very knowledgeable, and cleared the drain and replaced the necessary pipe. He also offered suggestions if the problem continues (some of the pipe he didn't have to replace still contained a lot of rust buildup). Overall, a very good experience.

Called them up, and they were able to come out the same day. They first rodded my sewer line from my house. They found that some roots may have broken the pipe which means that I would need a full pipe replacement. That would be major work, so I will be reaching out for a few estimates from a few different contractors on that item. They had a camera that allowed me to see inside my drain and the damage. They rodded the drains that also my gutters fed into - I have a ground drain system. I marked the company down in professionalism as they were not very warm. I realize that they are Sewer cleaning guys, but they seemed bothered when I would ask some questions. I would use them again however... the price was excellent for the work completed.

I have a problem with tree roots in my sewer line, so I have the line rodded on an annual basis. Since my toilet was running slow today, I thought the problem might be the roots. I found that the service company I usually use is no longer in business. So I went on Angie's List, found All Clear, and gave them a call. They were able to come out within the hour. Turns out that, in addition to getting rid of the tree roots, they also had to unclog my toilet. So now, everything's running smoothly. A HUGE thanks to Tristen and his crew! They were quick and professional. Tristen explained that I needed to have the sewer line rodded out more thoroughly, which I will have done in the spring. He also gave me an approximate quote, so I know how much to put away for the job. Overall, they were terrific and I'd recommend them to anyone.

We were referred to this plumber by a trusted handy man who had used them a couple of times. It was an emergency. The kitchen and laundry room sinks were both backed up at the same time. We could not use the sinks or the dishwasher or clothes washer. It was the day before Thanksgiving. I called and asked All Clear to come out to rod the drain (or drains). They said the charge would be $70 per drain. I had a coupon from the Coupon Clipper web site and could get at least 1 drain cleared for $50. They arrived within 2 hours which was earlier than they estimated. Smooth sailing up to this point. I went to the office. My wife was working from home. They cleared the drains. Then they recommended we have them jet stream the drain because grease had built up in the drain over the years. They said it would cost more, but did not say how much. My wife was on a conference call while they told her this and she said do whatever it takes to get it fixed, Whatever. They proceeded to jet stream. The jet stream cost $350 dollars. The total charge for 1.5 hours of work was $525. Four months later the same drains were backing up. The plumber came out an re-rodded a second time for no charge as the initial service was guaranteed for 1 year. The initial service cost was 5 or 6 times what we expected, but the fact that they came out again and honored the warranty took some of the sting out the experience. I hope they got it right the second time.

I would highly recommend All Clear as they solved the problem for minimal cost. The were punctual and professional, and they even offered some tips to keep he issue from occurring in the future. I would definitely use them again.

Tuesday comes and they said they would be there at 8am and they where on time they laid plywood down for the backhoe to sit on so would not ruin my grass they where fast and took precautions not to damage my new sidewalks and after they installed the 6"clean out they rodded the sewer with the proper blade and I now have a clean line all the way out to the curb and am very happy with the service I received.
