EXCELLENT. I am a very happy customer of American Doors Inc and I will call them for future overhead garage door work.

Rich came out early the very next day. Advised on upgrading the springs, gave reasons why, quoted me a price and got to work immediately. Based on other reviews, I seemed to have paid a bit more but seems to be average cost. I would use him again and would recommend him to anyone for his no nonsense lets get it done approach.

Everything went well. My garage door opens and closes better now than it ever has in the 14 years I have lived at my house. Rich was very professional and thoroughly explained everything wrong with the door. His prices were very fair. Great customer service skills and excellent repair work was done. It was ok. When adjusting the door I told them that I had a knee replacement and he told me where to turn the screw to get the door adjusted. And I had to call them back. That's why on the punctuality -- he was supposed to be there at a particular time. We saw him arrive as we were leaving to go someplace else. I told him I just had a knee replacement so I don't get on ladders number 1. So right there that's what is crazy. Because as far as I'm concerned he should have never left until that door was completely installed.

Rich came out last minute when our door froze. It took him less than 30 minutes and didn't gauge on last minute/emergency pricing. Also showed us great tips to service the door so it we could prevent future freezing.

We were very pleased with the service. The old door, which eventually needs to be replaced, now functions like new. In fact, we used them again in 2015 for another maintenance service visit.

Providers responsiveness and punctuality were good. Unfortunately, he explained the services I purchased were not needed on my overhead garage door. Reluctantly he changed two rollers and adjusted the height of the door that I subsequently had to have re-adjusted.

My garage door would not open all the way on its own. It stopped through unless I manually gave it a shove. I found American Door through Angie's LIst and pre-paid a check-up and maintenance fee (special deal). The technician responded within 24 hours and was at my home the same week. He immediately identified the problem with the door and provided two options for fixing it. One of my tension springs was damaged. He also applied the pre-paid maintenance fee to the total bill. Service was quick, clean, courteous, and efficient. I'm happy.

Richard called to set up the appointment for a time convenient for both of us. He arrived on time and immediately checked the the garage door. He replaced 2 rollers brackets that were cracked and lubricated all the rollers on the door. He also got the light on the garage door opener to work. No one else had been able to do that. I will definitely use him for any future problems with the garage door.

Excellent service. Rich arrived on time and immediately showed me his plan and materials.. Rich took an extra step and cleared away dirt around the sensors and checked for overall operation. Seal looks great from the outside and is a much tighter seal on the inside. Very easy to work with. Responsive to initial phone call and quick scheduling. I would highly recommend his services.

Excellent! We will always use American Doors going forward for any garage door issues without any doubt. I called and spoke with Richard at 4PM to request service. He originally told me that it would need to wait until the following day as it was late in the day. Shortly after we hung up, Richard called back to inquire if I still wanted to have someone come out the same evening and I did. The garage door was fixed within 1.5 hours after my initial phone call. Rich came to my home made several adjustments to my very old door ...greased, oiled, straightened tracks, changed the lightbulb ,which I later broke and then he even swept up my mess. Very pleased with this provider and would highly recommend him to family and friends and Angies List!

Excellent work and very professional. Door works 100% better now. He also looked at some other issues with the door and gave us some tips on how to fix ourselves rather than just try and charge us for additional work. If we ever have any problems or know people that do, we will absolutely recommend people use American Door.
