Description of Work: Tune-up my garage door, replaced bottom strip of the garage door and lubicated the rollers.

The company called me and said they could not honor either of the dates I provided and provided a day within two days of their call. I returned the call and provided a fourth date and never heard from the company again. I called today requesting a refund and they stated refunds had to be obtain from your company.

Description of Work: All went well. In fact, we suggested (at the last minute) they not come out as scheduled because of a snow storm. They agreed and rescheduled for the next morning. Arrived on time. Very courteous and knowledgeable. They adjusted the sensor light, lubricated the rollers and adjusted the up/down movement. Also offered some suggestions for on-going and periodic maintenance. We are very pleased with service and price.

Description of Work: Inspected 2 garage doors, replaced bottom seal on both, replaced a cable plate. Checked and adjusted the openers for proper travel and emergency stopping.

Description of Work: I purchasd the big deal for $95 for a Garage Door Safety Inspection, Plus Choice of a Keyless Entry Pad or Weather Seal. I wish to give American Doors an A+++++ for everything on the form. The cost was the same as for the coupon, which was accepted with no additional charge

Description of Work: Installed weather stripping to the sides of the door entrance. Put in a remote, wireless, door keypad (combination electronic lock). New weather stripping on door bottom and new metal weather strip channel to hold the weather stripping. He also spend time teaching me how to properly lube the door and what needed to be lubed inside the unit. Very nice of him.
