Description of Work: Installed a new Liftmaster system, got three remotes and a keyless entry pad. I would use them again. I'm very pleased with the end results, however, I paid a little more than I had hoped for as I thought my system could be repaired without replacement.

Description of Work: I bought the tune up deal. He told me something else was wrong with the opener. I paid $100 extra. 3 weeks later the overhead spring broke on the garage. It may have been coincidence but it was not good timing. I spent $350 to replace it in an emergency repair with another company.

Description of Work: One morning our garage door would not go up by use of the remote. It had to be raised by hand. The first company I called wouldn't be able to come until later that day. American Doors was able to come out right away that morning. The serviceman,Rich,quickly found the problem. He installed a new gear and sprocket assembly which had broken. He also made an adjustment to the door springs. The door now works better than it has in a long time.

Description of Work: Came out in the bitter cold to fix a broken garage door. Came the same day I called. Did excellent work fixing the issue (broken cable). Replaced rusting parts noticed during service. Very courteous and professional.
