This Company Is Great Could Of Taken The Easy Way Out And Put Up A New Door But Took The Time To Make The Old One NEW And Saved Me Alot Of Money
Description of Work: This place was the best place i called by far.... I Called American Door to Get An Estimate ON Getting A New Door Installed But That Didn't Happen...... When The Gentleman Came To My House To Give Me An Estimate He First Looked Over My Door Before Just Going into The Estimate On The New Door he Pull On Some Stuff Shook Some Other Stuff And The Knocked On My Door ..... The Gentleman Introduced Himself As Rich And He Began To tell Me That I Did Not Need A New Door .... He Said If You Want A New One I Could Put A New One Up But You Truly Do Not Need One...... So Then he Took Me Out Showed Me What Was The Problem And Told Me A New Door Would Be Around 1200 I Can Make This One Like New For half that ... So I Said Go Ahead Fix It ... About 31/2 Hours Later It Was Working Like New Again Also He Installed A Keypad Outside My Door For Easier Access.... Then It Was Time Time For Him To Hand Me The Bill It Was $320.00 Not 500 to 600 Like I Was Expecting Great Company Great Deal

He explained things and didn't try to sale me services I didn't need. I found him to be honest and prompt. His price wasn't bad and he gave me $10.00 off with the coupon. I would highly recommend him and actually he's coming back to my primary residence to give me an estimate for a complete door. I liked and respected his honesty - it means a lot in this day and age. Would definitely use him again. Great Service
Description of Work: I called regarding my garage door opener at my rental property and he was able to come out the very next day early. He didn't give me a hassel about paying him over the phone with a credit card and I really liked that. He checked the garage door and explained to me that the actual door was causing all the problems because their was something bent and problems witht he roler, and that it need to be fixed before the opener. That he would fix the door so it could open and close properly and that I could wait to fix the opener.
