Work was completed on a professional manner

The service from American Doors and owner Rich Cruz was great. All my concerns were taken care of and my door works great and is so much quieter. Even though the price I paid included new rollers, Rich said I didn't need them. He did give the door and all working parts a thorough going over, checking and adjusting or lubricated where needed. So I really feel it was money well spent.

Great, we went over things needed to properly maintain the door, even things that I did not think were necessary. He did all of them within the original price quoted..

I purchased the a deal here on Angie's list for a garage door tune up and assessment. I contacted Rich, who responded back quickly and was able to perform the work the same day. Rich was pleasant and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and was finished very quickly. I highly recommend this company and I will absolutely use them in the future.

Great...it needed minimal work but the technician was very informative.

Exceptionally well! The repairman arrived on time and promptly identified that the overhead motor was no longer evenly seated - that was secured. Next, he located a kink in one of the springs, so we replaced the pair. He noticed that the steel cables were frayed and just about to snap, so those were replaced. All joints were lubricated, and the alignment was corrected for the door tracking. The door opens/closes quietly, and with a smooth, even tracking. I'm very satisfied.

Rich repaired the wiring of the sensor and checked the overall performance of the garage door opener and also the rollers, hardware, etc. of the garage door. Rich said that everything was functioning properly. I would recommend American Doors, Inc. to everyone!

Went well. My only criticism is that the technician was quite late at the initial appointment apparently due to a couple of unscheduled emergency appointments before mine. I had to call the company to find out what was happening rather than them calling me to report they would be delayed.

Arrived on time. Fast, efficient service. Replace broken pulley and tuned up the rollers and rails. Garage door works great again, and much more quietly. Cost was very reasonable.

The tech replaced four hinges and rollers. He checked the spring and the emergency release. He explained what he had done and why he'd replaced the equipment. Completed the job in 20 minutes. Excellent.

Rich was right on time and fit me into his schedule within a few days of my request. He explained in detail what was wrong and had my door up and running again in about a half hour. Very pleasant guy to do business with.

The business was suppose to replace rollers if needed. But they stated that new rollers were not needed. However, they managed to fine something else wrong and I believe they over charged me for the service, which was one hundred and fifteen dollars more. This was suppose to be after deducting the $79.00 dollars, so essentially I paid $180.00. The service took all of 20 minutes. It appeared that the service man came up with the price off the top of his head. There was nothing in writing to describe the service and its price. The service person appeared nice and said thank you several times, but I got the feeling that it was not sincere.

Perfect, quick professional service

Purchased a special through Angie's List and it took a while for the company to get back to me and schedule the work. They explained it was a technical issue, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Excellent work for a very good price. Very professional installation. Giving the benefit of the doubt on the delay in getting back to me, I would highly recommend.
