Description of Work: Rich was very nice and professional. Clearly explained what I needed and did not try to sale additional services. I called on Thursday for a Saturday appt and he was here as stated. He installed springs and within 45 mins door is working perfectly!!

Description of Work: Thought I called for an estimate on garage door opener that is mounted inside of the garage. Two previous estimates ($316.00 and $500.00) seemed steep. He arrived a little ahead of time and was admitted by my son to see the garage openers. When I arrived about 15 minutes later the work had already been done. Was not happy at first because I had no idea of the price. Talked to the gentleman and saw and tested what had been done. Door opener working perfectly, short repair time and the price turned out to be very affordable. Also checked the remote for the house and the one in my car to make sure they were working. Garage has been up 16 years and the Genie model I had has been discontinued. Excellant and speedy work; friendly and courteous.
