 + 11 moreAs I have stated above both project were finished on time. The employees were very polite and maintained their work area in order during construction. In addition they would clean it up at the end of each workday. We did not experience any problems or delays during the two projects. The quality of work was superb, as I have mentioned above. Finally, I will definitely use Johnco Builder for any future projects.
Description of Work: I have used Johnco Builders Inc. on two different occasions, most recently in June of 2010 to build a walk-in closet, replace 3 windows and paint our family room. My wife was extremely happy with the additional space the closet provided and the layout John suggested to her. The crew also replaced three old windows we had in our basement. They also did an outstanding job paining our family room. The design for the family room was somewhat complex with the configuration and the three colors my wife has selected. Finally, the crew was very professional, they arrived every morning on time and kept the work are clean, which is extremely important to us since we have three kids. In addition, my wife and I are very happy with the quality of their work. The total for the three jobs was $3,500. We also used Johnco Builder approximately 3 years ago to replace a roof on our old house and build a new garage. They showed on time as promised and maintained the work area in order during the construction. As with the most recent experience the employees were very courteous and professional. The quality of work was excellent as with the last experience. The total for these two jobs was $22,200.

Description of Work: The most recent work was on my garage roof. The work was done on time at the estimate price. His workers even went above and beyond and rebuilt the the end caps around the edges at no extra charge. I ahve used his services to remodel a home, build a new home, build my restaurant, and repair and maintain my properties. He has done small and large jobs for me. I highly recommend him.
