"We had a home warranty contact Steve to replace our furnace. Even though we had the warranty, Steve charged us an additional $750 for sheet metal adjustments. He also installed a smaller unit than the original. He disconnected the a/c because he stated that it needed work and won't operate properly which could cause damage to the furnace. Now our a/c won't work even though it worked fine before he installed the furnace There was no reason to disconnect the a/c. I had to call another company to reconnect the a/c and get it working properly, BUT the furnace unit he installed now has a bad motor. So he didn't properly complete the HVAC job, charged us too much and installed a bad product. I believe he wanted more work so by not connecting the a/c back, he would have to come back. I would not recommend him at all."
