Description of Work: The provider waited more than a month before informing me that he could not do the work. When I purchased the service, I listed the work to be done. At their request I sent pictures. There is no excuse for leaving a customer hanging that long!

Description of Work: I had a list, but a lot of things they could'nt do: Fix vent, fix Windows. And they don't do electrical. Did a good job on the few things they could do, but was for 10 man hours (2 men for 5 hrs). They were only here about 3 hrs, which = 6.

Description of Work: I called on this provider to provide an estimate for a customer built mantel/candle fireplace. He was prompt with replies, provided some very good recommendations, and I sure would have completed the project with a great deal of quality. Unfortunately I was not able to move forward on this project so I can not say for certain how it would have turned out. But the owner was very professional, and based on other vendors that I have used through Angie's list was right on par.
