Creative Mirror & Shower

I had a glass backsplash installed. It really improved the appearance of my kitchen. I was told 3-4 weeks, and nearly to the day, my glass backsplash was installed in 4 weeks. I had to make a couple of calls, send an email to stay on top of things, which I find pretty typical in the home improvement game. But, all in all, great experience. It looks beautiful! If I can figure out how to add a photo I will. I would definitely use them again.

My first mistake with them was I paid for the shower door in cash up front on JUNE 23, 2013 . Installation finally came AUGUST 1 , 2013 . They gave me a 3 hour window time for the installers to show up to install the new door ( 1230 - 330 ) . With no call in advance when the 2 man crew was coming , they finally showed up right at 330 . Clean up from the 2 man crew was UNSAT , had to clean up after them like I do my 3 kids - not alone , had to sweep up the driveway where they parked their huge truck . Should have gone to HOME DEPOT for this project !!! Would have saved much more money .

Excellent company. The salesperson went over the shower door and installation in great detail. The installers were outstanding and left the bathroom spotless. I would recommend Creative Mirror & Shower to anyone.

they have beautiful wrok, but i thought they lacked in service., my door was in for two weeks and i had to call looking for it.,

I definitely recommend Creative Mirror. I order new shower door and it fits perfectly. I felt the price was reasonable for the quality of the door and custom fit. The sales person and installers were very professional and knowledgeable. You need to be patient with scheduling the 2nd measurement. They are only available between 9:00am and 3:00pm. I also had to follow up multiple times on scheduling the install and to receive status updates
