Description of Work: The first half of our transacton was very good, with a prompt response for an estimate, and a very positive experience with the estimator that came out. After they took my deposit, however, everything went downhill. The first door was put into my children's bathroom, and we experienced issues with it sticking and coming off of its track after the first week. Rather than send someone out to fix the first door, they had us wait until the second door was ready so as not to send out repairmen. Meanwhile, my children were having to wedge themselves in and out of the shower as best possible, since the door was stuck! Then, on the day of the install of the second door, I received a phone call from someone in billing saying that I had to pay be check before the men left my house. I told them that I was in the middle of a meeting, across town, and could not pay them that instant. I offered a credit card, and was told that I had already put the first payment on a cc, and they did not want to put the rest on the cc because of fees incurred by them. The representative then threatened to take the door down if I did not remit payment that day! Unbelievable! I asked him why he had not instructed me to leave a check at my house, then, and he insisted that he must have done so, and that I had forgotten. At that point I exploded, and told him what terrible customer service this was, and informed him that (ironically) I own a tile and stone installation company, and we do A LOT of bathrooms. This happened to be my home, but I assured him that my company would NOT recommend his company ever if this was common treatment of customers. Suddenly his tune changed, and he made "an exception." He apologized, and said he would send someone out in the morning to collect payment. To top this all off, they neglected to install a stabilizing piece between the glass and ceiling, and after repeated attempts to get this work done, I gave up. And, then again, the kid's shower door came off of its' track, and, again, after leaving three messages for repair, and never hearing back, I gave up and had my handyman fix it himself.
