EXCELLENT!!!!! i LOVE this company!! they did the mirrored doors for my hallway closet years ago. i recalled how amazing their customer service was... so i called them for this job. i was pleased to see the new products available, and decided on the sandblasted bifold doors. as before... everyone from the salesman, to the measurer, to the installers were kind, courteous, efficient, and professional. they always go above and beyond the call of duty... taking the old doors away, giving me cleaner & instructions on how to clean the new doors, cleaning up after themselves, and being on time for every appointment. i can't say enough GOOD things about Creative Mirror & Shower. i will use them again & again... until i have replaced every cheap developer grade door in my unit! thanks.

This company was very professional. Salesman was knowledgeable and noticed something that other salesmen did not. He considered selling me a frameless shower door which would look nicer (and be more expensive) but used a marble to test the slope of the shower pan where it meets the door. The marble rolled into the bathroom rather than into the shower which showed the direction water would flow. Because there would be no frame to stop the water from running into the bathroom, frameless was not an appropriate option. Saved me some money and a headache down the road. After the estimate was accepted, they came out to measure again one more time. Then about 10 days later, they called and were able to install the following day. The installers were professional and accomodated me when I asked for them to put another layer of silicone caulk around my shower pan where it meets the tile. The door looks very nice, the materials are high quality, and the door magnetically seals shut and is well engineered to prevent leaks. If you need a custom framed shower door (or want one to keep in steam) you can trust these guys to do a good job with a framed model.

They did exactly what they said they would when they said they would.

They always do an excellent job. They are professional and prompt. They come in on quote, and have reasonable pricing.

They came and measured them, they came and put them on.

The company installed a very large mirror above our fireplace. They used glue to hold the mirror in place. Four years ago the glue dried up causing the mirror to fall to the carpet and shatter into hundreds of razor sharp pieces. Cleaning it all up was dangerous, and this whole process could have been horrible had anyone been in the family room when it happened. When we contacted the company, they vehemently denied any responsibility, despite the fact that they manufactured and installed the mirror. Instead, they actually said the reason was, "a sonic boom created from September 11, 2001 " (they actually used this reason, I couldn't believe it). We took pictures and threatened to sue, and that was the only way we could get them to come out and fix (replace) their product. The damages also included damage to furniture caused by the shards of glass. Needless to say, we will never hire them again, and we strongly advise anyone against hiring them as their products and their installation methods put people in danger.

Creative Mirror was the only company that seemed very comfortable with the custom cuts required in the mirrors because of existing light fixtures, so even though their pricing was significantly higher than other companies who looked at the work, I used them since I felt they understood my needs. Scheduling was a little difficult, and the lead time on the mirrors was long, but installation went smoothly and I've been very happy with the end result.

They came out to give an estimate and get the dimensions for my shower door. The guy was friendly but he took my check and never deposited it. When I called to ask why my check hadn't been deposited they told me he had family complications and they said that it had been--when in actuality it has not. He gave me a terrible zerox copy of what my $654 door would look like so I called the company to get a better picture. They said that they would email me a photo and still haven't. When I have called since to see when they plan on coming out and they said they needed to do a fitting. They did the fitting, and no one has gotten back to me about when they would out to put it on. I initally contacted them 3 weeks ago and no word on when the job will be done and they still have not deposited my check.

I had ordered the shower door and put a deposit down. Shortly afterwards my husband, a firefighter was injured on the job, and we had to put our remodel on hold. After several surgeries and years of recovery, my husband was forced to retire, and we finally managed to begin the remodel project. Creative mirrors worked with me through this delay, and delivered a quality product. Installation was flawless, and I have been very satisfied with the new shower door.

Everyone on the staff from the showroom to the installers was professional and friendly. The salesman, the installer who came for the measurement, and the installers were all on time. The installation was smooth but the only criticism we have is that they left a very small mess which did not warrant a complaint. Creative delivered exactly what they promised. We were very happy with the entire experience. Of course, the product they delivered is unbelievable. We selected a frameless 1/2" glass enclosure and door with a brushed nickel finish for the hinges and an upgraded door handle. It was expensive, but not nearly expensive as one competitor that came back with an estimate over 50% higher. Another competitor showed up late for the estimate and was less than enthusiastic about the job because he didn't like a raised tile that he would have had to notch. That competitor never called back with an estimate. We'd like to point out that there are less expensive options. We selected higher end materials which increased the price. The only reaon that we did not rate an A for professionalism was the small mess the installers left. This is a minor criticism but something that was not in line with the rest of the experience. We are very satisfied with Creative and highly recommend them.

Great! The sales person was great the measurer was great and the installer was very impressive The glass door is a great quality. The installer was very through with the instructions. He even came by the next week and dropped off more cleaner for us. The whole process was great would highly recommend! Thanks

The representative came to my home and showed me some different options. He was very professional. They did a good job and I am very happy with the shower door.

On time and on budget. Would use again.

They installed a custom shower surround. They had to come back numerous times to correct their mistakes. Eventually they did finish the job satisfactorily. They were always late and they didn't do a very good job. We won't be using this company any time soon.

They were great. No issues and/or problems. Did all the work in a timely fashion.

They were very nice. The mirror was cut incorrectly the first time, but they fixed it for us within a week.

No issues with setting up a sales person to visit the home, take measurements, review options and provide a quote. When I told the salesperson that I could not make a decision before receiving other competitive bids, the salesperson whined that this always happens to them. After the shower surround was installed, we waited the 48 hours they recommended before using the shower. On the first shower, water leaked from around the shower surrounds metal moldings. After a couple of calls, we finally were able to get the technicians to return our call and come out to repair the leak. While fixing the issues, the technician indicated they were new to shower installations (a very comforting feeling). Not long after they left, another area has begun to leak. Company returned, removed the shower surround and reinstalled. They have satisfactorily resolved the issue.

It was an interesting space which took a specially designed door. It took them four tries to get it right, but they look great now and I am very happy with the end result.

It was good. One fellow did all the work, it took a little longer but I was satisfied.

I have used them before. Their product,especially the doors, are superior. Heavy, solid and glide beautifully. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

I HAVE WORKED WITH THEM FOR OVER 14 YEARS. THEY HAD REMOVED 10 MIRRORS FROM A CONDO FOR ME FOR 6 MONTHS AND STORED THEM WITHOUT A SCRATCH. I LOVE WORKING WITH THEM AND THEIR MIRRORS ARE OF TOP QUALITY.
