Our major repairs took months because the original builder in the 1950's did not put in appropriate footers and a portion of our house began to sink. MTU also completely gutted a basement room that was compromised, jack hammered the concrete out, installed new metal ceiling beams, posts, dug new footers, metal mesh on the floor, poured and leveled the brand new floor. The hardest working real men I have seen in decades and no complaining what soever. I had to get up at five to be there on time and then they were just a complete no-show. No call no nothing. I spent an hour on the phone phone trying to figure it out. The customer service person was rude.
