Solid assessment of what was needed and the urgency level or lack thereof. I appreciate the direct and honest overview. Many companies could try to sell you on what you don’t need, but with this company you get an honest assessment without added costs.

They worked hard to finish on time. They brought in a few extra guys. The water is gone, the vapor barriers are successful.

They did a wonderful job fixing up our foundation damage. And they have given us a 5-year warranty, which means if there's any leak in the next 5 years, they will come right back and fix it. I do not doubt that the work will hold up well though. The whole project went down smoothly, and we are very happy that they were able to fix our foundation.

Disappointed with the explanation of what they were going to do, it was not clear on their instructions and they did things like covering my air vents and window with spray foam, they said they would remove old spray foam on the outside of the house but didnt, they left rocks falling off my foundation and big gaps that should have been cleaned up and filled with new mortar. They also take a long time to answer every time I try to contact them or will not answer at all. They also say I have not been paying them in the last 3 months which is not true and sent me a final notice without telling me they had finished the job.

They were great!

They did a great job. The job took 2 days, over a week, to allow the concrete to cure. The back corner wall of my foundation was leaning out. They jacked up the house and rebuilt the foundation. The crew were nice and kept the work site clean.

The work was fine, at least so far! We hired them to repair cracks in the foundation, and the estimator thought that there were three cracks. When the person showed up to do the work, he only found (and repaired) two cracks. It took several months for them to adjust their bill, which is my only complaint. It took several phone calls and emails, and they didn't reduce the bill very much.

They are a high demand organization, call at 1st indication of a problem to get scheduled.

Initial appointment was booked out a month and half due to all the rain and water issues other customers were having. They were able to cut through the drywall and see we had a crack in the foundation and get the repair scheduled in a timely fashion. They sealed it with epoxy and hydrophobic polyurethane as well as re routed my downspout with a guarantee tho we hope it holds indefinitely! I have since tested the area with a hose and no leak detected. I am ready to drywall and repair the carpeting. Thanks

Work was performed on schedule as quoted. Kept me up to date as project progressed. Did a fantastic job which really enhanced our homes efficiency. Lower lever of home is dry and temperature stays consistent on both levels now. Premier Basement System has completely eliminated the damp musty odor in our home and eliminated any concerns of water or moisture in the crawl space. Additionally the system seals off the crawl space from bugs. When the L&I inspector inspected the electrical work he commented on the quality work and the fact this was the cleanest crawl space he ever saw. Highly recommended!

They knew what they were doing and got it done right! I would definitely call them again!

Job finished on time

Crew arrived as scheduled. All of them were very friendly. As they were starting the project their lead came up with a better and easier solution. He called the company and they approved the change. It made the project completion easier, quicker and ultimately the project ended up being several hundred dollars less than originally quoted. Very much appreciated!

The boys would have gotten done faster if they would have just done the prep work better the first time but it got done and we will see how it comes out over time

I had a leak in the basement where he wall meets the footing. The project was completed today. The workers arrived when they said they would and were very efficient. Heath was the foreman. He is very personable. The project took about 2.5 hours. The workers did a good job of hauling away the debris and cleaning up. Still a lot of dust but I expected that. On the customer service side, I spoke several times with Shelby. She is terrific customer service person. The estimator was Steve Cole. He clearly explained what needed to be done and was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions. He too was very professional and personable. I rated the quality of work 4.0 but really have nothing to compare it with. I would rate the quality 5.0 if it stops the leak forever but forever is a long time. Value for the money? I gave it a 3.0 because I really have nothing to compare it with. Premier was the only contractor who made a bid on the project. Their work is guaranteed which sold me on having them do the project vs me doing it myself.

After living in our home for a little over 4 years I finally decided to test for radon. To my surprise and horror the test came back at 30.3 pCi/L ! I contacted Premier Basement Systems and couldn't be happier with their service. Heather and Garrett were extremely responsive to my calls and emails, answering all of my questions and plainly explaining my options. They came up with a plan that was simple and minimally invasive. More importantly it is nearly invisible on the exterior. Most important of all, they reduced my radon from 30.3 pCi/L to just 1.2 pCi/L !!! My family can now breath safely in our home.

On time, professional and finished within quoted time frame.

Our radon fan went out and Premier was over in two days to fix it. Heather and Shelby in the office were wonderful, as well as Gerrett and his crew. The new fan was installed quickly and I would highly recommend them for any work you need.

We had over 8 inches of water in our crawlspace. When I called, I was quickly put on the schedule. They arrived on time, and even respected my wishes for a phone call when they were on their way. They were incredibly professional and courteous the entire time they were here and they finished on time. The installation was done very well -- not only did they install our sump pump, but they ditched the entire crawlspace and put drainage rock in the ditches to prevent them from caving in. When they were digging the yard up for the piping, they put the dirt in garbage cans to prevent a mess in our yard which we were very appreciative of! You can barely tell they dug up the yard! They put floor protectors on our wood floor so not to ruin them, too. Everything looks great and is working well. We would definitely use them again in the future and I recommend them to anyone needing basement or crawlspace work.

Premier Basement Systems was wonderful to work with. They were prompt to arrange their schedule to come and give me a free estimate on the work, answered all of my questions and then when I booked they got my appointment set within a week. The gentleman who came out and fixed my leaking basement was knowledgeable and kept me up to date on everything he was doing. Highly recommended!

The contract said they didn't have to clean up anything and they did, they are extremely polite and respectful , there were 3 wasp nest under the home and they removed it. (was not in the contract), it was a very good experience.

Taking him to small claims for claiming it needed $2100 worth of work and after he did it found the problem was a $200 hose bib.
