 + 0 moreI always use Valley Steam to clean our carpets on my personal residence and our rentals. They are always quick to schedule and arrive at the arranged time. Their punctuality is always something that I rely on and am thankful for. Their employees are very professional and courteous. The latest rental had very dirty carpets in the living area and they were able to get the spots out and everything looked as good as new when finished. I also had them steam clean the mini blinds. This is a fantastic service that is worth every penny spent. Top notch company with top notch employees.

 + -1 moreCalled, made an appointment for estimate. She came out and to measure, gave me a presentation on what they do on a flip chart. Explained the protectant and gave me a quote. I made appointment for the next Friday. They called me the day before to remind me and they showed up early! Two guys came and were very careful about the wood floors laying cloth tarps under all their equipment hoses. They were done in 2 hrs. He had me look at the carpets before he gave me the receipt. Also left booties if I needed to walk on the carpets before they were dry. The whole thing was very professional.
Description of Work: Had carpets cleaned in 3 rooms. I have big dogs and they had left dirty smudges where they lay. Had them cleaned and had protector put on. I'm hoping that it keeps the rugs clean for awhile.

 + -1 moreIt went well. Technician was overly prompt. I had appointment for his arrival between 12:30 and 1:30. I was returning from out of town and arrived at 12:29, hoping that it would be business as usual, closer to 1:30 when they arrived. He actually arrived at 11:45. The company had my cell phone but didn't call it. Technician was cheerful, not rude about my being late. My husband and I quickly moved most of the furniture and he was able to start immediately.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in LR, hall and 3 bedrooms (around beds). Moved furniture.

 + -1 morethe technician, came with a great attitude, and was very thorough, he checked for trouble spots, and any area's that may have been a problem, and pre vacuumed, the house, and spot checked. he was very clean and ,worked steady the whole time.. our carpet is 25years old, and it looks like great still!! And two weeks later our old dog, had a accident on the carpet, while I was out of town, and when I got home, I found it, I called Mr. Steam's, and they came out and recleaned the carpet for minimal charge, they gave us our money's worth of care and service. Sad to say the dog died. But the carpet still looks great!

 + -1 moreGREAT! I would recommend them to anyone. They do good quality work and its timely. They came in and bid the office. We scheduled a couple days later on a day that worked best for us since we have patients they came in when we were closed. They did exactly what they said they would do and exceeded the expectations. They are coming back to do the hard surfaces here soon. I enjoyed doing business with them and would recommend them to my family and friends.
Description of Work: Quality and service was great. Price was marked as good because you are paying for quality and service so they may not be the cheapest but they are definately the most trustworthy. They are excellent, on time and do great work. We are having them back to clean our operatories hard floors. They do carpets, hard surface cleaning, rugs you name it they clean it. We will have them back every year 1-2 times for carpet and annually for our hard surfaces. I would recommend them to anyone. They also do back ground checks and drug tests on all employees to make sure the people coming in your home are safe, trusting, good people.

They place corner guards around the walls to protect them from the hoses, they used a door jam to keep the cold air out of the house. I never saw anything like it. They paid attention to my problem areas and they even called 2 days later to make sure that I was still pleased with my service results. From the time I called till the completion of the job, even days after the job, they went above and beyond.

 + -1 moreI guess the story, as you can see has been told. Here's a few qualities I liked. You get your $ worth, dont leave until your happy, take care of your home like its their own, and great fallow-up.
Description of Work: MR. Steam Valley Steam, went in and gave me a bid on the work to be done. They also gave me an answers to all my questions. I used to work as an apartment manager and had companies come in and clean carpet in the units, not always done right. Mr. Steam Valley Steam, has been the best carpet cleaning job yet that I've seen and it was done on my home. I have them on the top of my list for family and friends that need carpets cleaned.
