Description of Work: They did not want fix my problem with my hot water heater. They wanted to sell me a new one. The cost if they did repair it estimate was $400 more than what I ended up getting it repaired for by another company.

Description of Work: they over charge me by $605.00 compared to other business doing the same type of service although they gave me back 400.00 which was still $150.00 more than any one else would have charged. They came and cleaned my sewer line out and said it clean and ok my wife took a shower right after that and it flooded my whole basement it was a mess. and i noticed they have had other complaints over charging seniors for I'm 72
