Description of Work: Demolished old slab, and Installed 22 ft x 10 ft stamped and pigmented concrete patio slab. Graded 6 ft x 20 ft area adjacent to slab to improve drainage, and filled with gravel. Punctual. Gave estimate on site same day. Thoroughly answered all questions, and very willing to explain procedures. Contractor recommended hand site prep and concrete hauling to save landscaping, without being asked. Bid was very competitive with others. Obviously takes pride in his work.
